I liked the size and cleanliness of the room, the comfortable bed with actual king sized pillows and the friendliness of the guest service staff. I also liked the pool view from our hotel room. And I also liked the speed of the valet workers and the location of the hotel in relation to other places to visit.🌺

I didn't expect to see visible signs of wear and tear on the hotel hallways or in the hotel room even though I know things are going to happen eventually. Maybe it's on the "To Do" list for maintenance or housekeeping. For instance, the grout inside and outside (below) the shower was mouldy and I think it's due to no vent or fan to pull moisture out of the bathroom. Lastly, I think that the $100 per day incidental fee in addition to the $35 daily destination fee should be added in the description. As well as the $45 per day overnight valet parking fee. But it was still a great stay.🌺

Great value for money! 5* resort feel, supremely clean, lovely, large room, gorgeous city view, an excellent pool area and delicious food. Alicia (I think?) the pool attendant was humorous and made us laugh. We thought the price was super reasonable for a week! We ate in the Bar one evening and the food was absolutely superb with a great attendee Will definitely stay again when next in WPB visiting Fam

It is party vibes at the pool on a Saturday and Sunday but we think this must be an American thing! We are boring Brits with no pool parties :))) The cafe stops serving gelato at 4pm even though it doesn’t close until 5pm

Clean and great decor. Valets and staff friendly

Checking was a bit slow. Only two people at the desks and it took close to 25 minutes to check in as there was a line. The pool area could have used a bit more clean up. It’s was fairly crowded so not a lot of places to sit and empty glasses and food containers scattered about on open tables and pool deck As with everything in this economy the prices for food and drinks were pretty high for what you got especially the chips and guacamole for 14$ for a very small amount of chips and one entree wound up to be two small tacos for 16$!!!! But I have to say the pool food was decent and the Galley served excellent scallops and tuna dishes and the wine list was impressive… again very costly but at least we enjoyed it and weren’t disappointed.

Room was spacious, comfortable, modern. Facility was clean and attractive. Staff were friendly and helpful.

One night after a long day, we returned to the room for a night of room service and relaxation, only to learn that room service was not available that night.... No warning or notice had been provided.

First the hotel is beautiful and smells amazing from the moment you first walk in. The front desk was very helpful. The room was very nice bed super comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed the pool as well as the bar we really enjoyed Candance she made amazing cocktail drinks and loved her personality. I would definitely stay here again. :)

The hotel was beautiful, pool was great, the room was comfortable. Everything was clean, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location worked out well for us.

What I liked least is because of the location, valet parking was necessary. It’s in the middle of the city and that is beyond anyone’s control. Not a bad gripe to have.

It was absolutely beautiful. It looked like a resort not a hotel. Beautiful property. Walking distance to everything! Airport shuttle was on time. The staff is super friendly. Tafari went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. I am not easily impressed and this property went above my expectations. I can’t wait to book again!

Everything was perfect

the satff provided above and beyond service. the shuttle was Excellent service. the room was clean and smelled good.

the hotel was still under construction and the pool was closed. some of the property was dusty form the construction. not enough towels in the bathroom (only enough for one shower) the restaurant prices were a bit inflated during this stay while property was under construction and limited food service.

The rooms are surprisingly upmarket for a Hilton. Very comfortable bed and fluffy towels. The location is great too

No bathrobe and slippers in the room, no kettle in the room. The valet kept my car outside over night so it was all wet and $40 for parking is expensive. Should be free in a 5 star hotel. Thats America I guess. No doorman who is rushing to help

Such a beautiful hotel! Gorgeous pool!!! Location is perfect. Two miles from the beach, and across the street from their City Place for shopping.

Breakfast buffet is definitely not worth the price.
