the satff provided above and beyond service. the shuttle was Excellent service. the room was clean and smelled good.

the hotel was still under construction and the pool was closed. some of the property was dusty form the construction. not enough towels in the bathroom (only enough for one shower) the restaurant prices were a bit inflated during this stay while property was under construction and limited food service.

The rooms are surprisingly upmarket for a Hilton. Very comfortable bed and fluffy towels. The location is great too

No bathrobe and slippers in the room, no kettle in the room. The valet kept my car outside over night so it was all wet and $40 for parking is expensive. Should be free in a 5 star hotel. Thats America I guess. No doorman who is rushing to help

The location is great! It is near many shops, restaurants, galleries, and event locations. The bar staff made really nice drinks! Dakota is great server in the restaurant. Front desk was extremely helpful. The city views from the room are beautiful.

No tub in the room. The Iron in the room leaked water. Drinking glasses in the room were not the cleanest. Had a burger from the onsite restaurant it lacked flavor and was soggy.

The food was good for myself and the kids. My husband stated that his food on all days tend to be oily or old cooking oils was use in preparation of his food. No microwave in room. The fees are not hidden, but they do add up, like the must have valet parking and resort fee.

Everything was wonderful! Great location to restaurants, shops, bars and only about 10 minutes to Palm Beach Island. So close to i-95 so very convenient. Pool and bar area were great. Easy checkin and checkout. Very happy all around. Can’t wait to return!

I guess it would have been nice to have housekeeping services everyday instead of every other. Also, I wish there were menus in the room for the restaurants onsite and for room service. Also would like a price list for the pool beds. Didn’t know how to order one for the day. No information in the room.

The location is great . I walked to the palm beam and spent a whole day there but also enjoyed tremendously the two nights in the town center of west palm beach. The room was very clean and facilities are excellent

The staff seemed busy. I waited a bit long for checking in while no one was in front of me lining up and was not told where the elevator to my room was!

smelled great! good restaurants and bar, was glad the pool was open when I was told it won’t be. connection to convention center was convenient for the competition we were attending. room was a nice big size good value for the rate.

some of the staff was cold for no reason. not sure if it’s a regional attitude or something

we liked so many things about the hotel including our beautiful, clean room. We also liked the gym and the little cafe. The staff was friendly and helpful…and the location is great! Right by The Square where there are many wonderful restaurants and shops.

We didn’t experience anything negative during our stay.

Overall the Hotel exceeded our expectations! The staff was very friendly and on point every time we needed them. The valet was awesome! Perfect gentlemen!

Only thing that happened was there was blood on the sheets on the pull-out couch. I called to have them changed and the staff came right away to change them out.

The entire hotel in my opinion was faultless. The pool was fantastic, the room was incredibly clean along with a modern clean bathroom. It would be helpful if they kept on top of pool towels, on regular occasions we would have to wait up to 20 mins for fresh towels to arrive.

The front of house staff were not very friendly or welcoming. Upon and departure arrival we had to take the luggage out of the car and then find a trolly to take all the luggage up to our room. Having flown from the UK we were exhausted so a friendly face and someone to help with the luggage would have been helpful and expected. I noticed that a 20% tip was always included on every bill which in my opinion should not be so high. I wonder if this is the reason the staff were not all that friendly because they were already receiving a decent tip built into the bills.
