I love the staff. Camille at the front desk is always pleasant, and super nice to talk to. Just love her… Diane also is a newer front desk staff who is also quite lovely. Ken at the bar is my go to after having a long day at work. Food menu has changed which I am not too happy about cause they got rid of some popular items but I guess with new food n bev mgr that’s to be expected. Overall, usually a great experience. I’ll always make this hotel my first choice simply cause I love seeing the smiling faces I’ve become accustomed to seeing upon arrival.

Rooms are always super clean. The cleaning staff and maintenance are always on top of things if you need any assistance. Rooms are starting to develop a roach problem and I am noticing the fixtures in some rooms are broken and the carpet in my room this past visit smelled really bad near the bed. There needs to be a refurbishment to the majority of the rooms as they are showing age. The new parking system is awful. They fleece you enough with a very high room charge then hit you again with a parking fee, daily. It’s quite insulting. Especially being that this is a franchise Hilton not a real one. In all my travels around the world, (with exception to Island resorts and Disney), Ive never seen a Hilton that charges for parking. Other than those things, I really enjoy the hotel.

The staff was very nice and helpful.The location is 1 mile from the airport. It was very close to the Grandmarket which has lots of restaurants to eat from which we enjoyed. Also, the hotel complimentary warm cookie was amazing so good. The pool area is outdoors, so we didn't get to enjoy it this time due to chilly weather. FYI it's 4-6ft for those who have little kiddos

The pullout sofa is extremely uncomfortable, like sleeping in a cardboard box. so if you have to use it just sleep on the floor. Also,I would have loved a microwave in the room instead of bringing to the main lobby to heat up. Also, bring your own drinks and snacks- the market is very expensive- $4 for a .25cent bag of chips. There is a wawa down the road.

Location was perfect, very close to airport. Check in was a breeze, was able to check in early and even given an upgrade. As we left the next day, I stopped to purchase my son some dayquil I noticed in the little store against the wall and the check out gentleman comped it for us. Stellar customer service attributes were given from beginning to end. Would choose this place to stay over and over again.

That we didn't have time to use the pool. Was only there for one day and had alot of running around to do.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Price was reasonable. Room was very clean. My first night the room was near interstate. Was noisey from car going by ask for a odd number room so you are not near interstate. Was able to get a different room when I came back a few days later. Customer service rep. Amanda helped me with that.

I was under the assumption they had a free breakfast. That was not the case. Only coffee. They have a breakfast buffet for 18.99. I think they should at least offer some muffins or doughnuts and juices for the children. I definitely don't want to spend 20.00 for breakfast. My opinion.

We were here due to family member in hospice care, (Christian) hotel staff member went above and beyond to assist, as I told him we did not know day to day, how long we would be here, I told me to call and ask for him directly and he would assist in reserving additional nights, and gave an extra caring service.

Breakfast was wonderful. Make sure you have your voucher for the free breakfast otherwise you must pay about 18.00 per plate it’s a buffet. Server was very nice. Rooms clean and renovated.

Hallways between rooms were hot and muggy. The pool water was full of leaves and looked as if it had not been clean. Pool structure was missing pieces and Looks unsafe should be repaired. Pool bathroom did not have a working sink so you can’t wash your hands when you use the restroom.

I liked that the room was clean and the location was away from a lot of traffic. The staff was nice overall.

The bathroom didn't have a stopper to take a bath. It was as if showers were the only option, which was disappointing. Also the staff seemed dismissive when I requested extra blankets and towels. My boyfriend eventually ended up having to go down to the front desk to get what I requested.

Only thing I had a problem with was the fact that on this particular morning there was only pork meats for breakfast....myself and a few others are not pork eaters. We asked for turkey sausages etc and they didn't have any.... everything else was excellent

Had to wait 10 mins for clean plates at 7:45am, had to head to an event, and just sat waiting......juice dispensary was low/empty a majority of the time and staff was scarce. The pullout was not made, nor were there sheets in closet....took a few hours to get linens with no extra towels.

Easy to book with. In a great area. I had an issue where I double booked, but the agent who checked me in helped me keep the price that I wanted for a double bed(without asking). Great hotel, clean and decent prices. Breakfast was not included.
