Breakfast was very good!! Staff was incredibly friendly! My Mom lives in Zephyrhills and it was nice to stay in town and not have to drive to Dade City or Wesley Chapel to find a nice hotel. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Beautiful pool area. Ample and convenient parking. GREAT locations near shops and restaurants. Kind of a throw back to remind me of days traveling with my parents!! Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!!!

At some point, some updates will be needed to the furniture and flood coverings. Signs of wear on the cabinet in room 31 and a couple of small holes in the carpet. Still a very enjoyable stay!!!

The rooms have been recently renovated and were very clean. The staff were super friendly and kind. My cousin and I hung out at the pool all day and at night walked across the street for cocktails and food. The lobby is very inviting and comfortable. I got stuck working passed the check out time and set up in the lobby and worked half the day comfortably.

There isn’t anything, I can say bad. Our experience was not negative in any way. Even the other guests were friendly and we made some new friends along the way.

staff was super friendly and every step along the way, somebody was purposefully trying to assist me. The maintenance man even helped me change out my Texas plates for my Florida license plates! They accommodated my schedule working from the room as well. Great free breakfast and yummy coffee with fresh fruit! No complaints at all.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. Housekeeping did an outstanding job. It was very clean and comfortable room. We would definitely stay there again.

Parking was a struggle but that happens at every hotel I have stayed in. The closer parking spots get taken early.. Nothing that would keep me from staying there again .

Very clean, quiet. Close to everything without being in the middle of hustle-bustle. The staff and also all the guests were friendly. My mom met some cool people out by the designated smoking areas.

The pillows were very nice if you like super full pillows; however, I like flatter pillows. But this is trivial and my personal opinion only. Great hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by this affordable motel, not far from Tampa. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff very friendly, the pool very well kept and the breakfast very nicd. I would definitely come back if I needed somewhere to stay a night while traveling.

The road was a little noisy, hut that's not really the fault of the motel.

condidental breakfast was very good , grounds and landscaping was very good with gazeboz and pool made you feel like your own back yard. People were friendly.. rooms were clean

minor upkeep needed in room . refridgerator needed adjusting, as it kept items too cold. Shower loss some of its water pressure due to the inability to fully shut off the tub sprocket.

Location was great ! Breakfast was good as well! Staff was excellent!! Very accommodating! We highly recommend this hotel!

In hindsight we should have requested a room on the ground level as we are both senior citizens. And it is increasingly harder to carry our luggage up steps to the second level rooms.

it was clean, the pool was great, the staff was fantastic and polite. Even the front desk was great. Well informed and friendly. FYI there is no breakfast here. You will get tea, coffe, juice. They have brown bags mine had a granola bar, fruit cup, and some kind of cake snack. There are places within walking distance though. Village Inn near 5th is a nice diner, breakfast was good and affordable.

I could not get over that musty odor the room had. It got into everything. Do not get me wrong the room was clean, really, really clean. But that odor either came from the carpets or the chairs. Both had soft surfaces and were a little stained. I think it is because this hotel may have been something less desirable before it was taken over.

our son cut his finger on a rusty outside table… not a bad cut, but he was 4 and it was a bit traumatic for him… When I spoke to the man in charge of grounds he iformed me the table would be replaced… very nice and responsive staff
