The hotel is in good condition, clean, smells very well, well located. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

This hotel serves people I think that have been displaced, (I am not against them being there, on the contrary, they have a place to live with dignity) but the entrance of the hotel is at all times filled with these families, doing their hair, sitting on the floor, watching tv as in family, that panorama was the only thing I didn't like about the place

Private, quiet,had a smoking room available, ( not for all, and a really bad habit, I get it,) But I was accomodated, Room was clean, and fully stock, beds was fresh & white linens(always a winner)

Had big mix up checking in, had to rent another room,But the situation was handle next morning, Book'n com was awesome & fast to refund my money, as well as fixing the problem,

Joyce at the front desk was amazing very helpful you can tell she loves her job cant say enough good things

The bathroom no place to put your things in the shower toilet seat was painted and chipping off and around the toilet bolt it was dirty some kind of bug mess was not clean for awhile bedroom was great more light in the room

I really like the fact that the staff was incredibly nice and the facility was clean and smelt wonderful I don't know what the aroma was that they had in the air but it made the hotel smell very nice

I did see a few roaches in the bathroom needs to be worked on but other than that all is well

I was treated like a person, not like a card, room number, they took time to call me by name, They are so down to earth, very welcoming people I felt like I was with family, felt safe,

I had to leave.

Felt like home and family, I'm a smoker not a criminal, I was welcome there nice to b accepted as a smoker, Not a lot of places still do, But there a lot of smoker left

I had to leave, early didn't get to enjoy breakfast

Nice clean place to stay, they have smoking room, the stuff honor all my request upon me checking in,

I had to check out to soon, 😞 Which was my fault had to go to work, I'll be back.

Staff very attentive from front desk , breakfast area,and house keeping

Nothing found everything above expectations

The fact that it took ten hours just to email my receipt was unprofessional. Emails take up to three minutes to send. Not ten hours. Smdh

I liked the location for my event. Easy driving in and out to get to my locations. The pool was open.

There was no breakfast to speak of. Being limited on my walking, the last room on second floor was a bit far. No tv guide on tv to show you what was on.
