We enjoyed the fact that we did not have traffic zooming by the hotel. The staff was very Good, kind and accommodating. The room was very clean, more than enough room for me and my three girls. .

The beds are a little too firm for our liking, I understand that's a personal thing. It would have been nice if there had been paper plates and plastic forks and stuff in the room instead of having to go and ask for them. And it may just have been the room that we were in, but it seemed that there was a sump pump or some kind of mechanical sound that will go off quite frequently in no pattern that was very loud. It did wake us up numerous times the first night stay, but we handled it the following night by having the AC run the entire time throughout the night instead of on auto. I hated doing that but it did help to block out the sound.

The breakfasts were great. The staff kept everything stocked and that's a job. You had people who were there the entire time eating and others who just came had some food and left. An additional waffle iron could help with some of the congestion at the breakfast bar bc it takes a few minutes for each waffle and there was always a line.

The AC made lots of noise but it was cool enough. Underage and unsupervised kids in the fitness room. Definitely wish you could do something to keep them out bc obviously the parents don't care.

location was great. lots of stores and main highways nearby.

room lighting is terrible. only bed lamps and a standing lamp to iluminate room. it was not friendly to work with computer at the room and poor light. there was a big mark on our carpet like staind and received a credit for it because they had no other rooms available.

I'm upset that I can't remember the guys name that checked us in. He was great beyond great! He saw that I was extremely tired so he was quick to get us checked in. He even offered to help with our bags. Everyone that was at the front desk during the day and evening were very friendly and smiling. That was pleasantly different from a lot of other hotels.

The breakfast was a total disappointment. It was meant to be a hot breakfast but there was only sausages and scrambled egg. I was forced to eat breakfast elsewhere as there was nothing to choose from other than fruits and coffee.

Great place to stay. There was confusion on how many was in the room so it was too small. The staff went over and beyond to accommodate us. Excellent experience

Yes,, we asked for joining rooms b/c of family.The hotel accommodated me on that request! This is a beautiful hotel. The staff was courteous and helpful... We all enjoyed the stay.

The rooms need a fresh coat of paint and the breakfast was not as optional pre COVID. Bring the waffle maker back and add some type of hash browns or non pork sausage.

It’s perfect in most every way for what I look for in a hotel.

I didn’t like the fact that the pool is always closed.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Our room was very clean. This was a great stay! They had something different for breakfast every morning.
