The rooms were clean, the rooms were very spacious for a family of 4. The layout was nice and we had spare blankets already in room so I didn't have to make a trip down to the front to ask for one. The staff was friendly. We were greeted in the lobby and as we left. Everyone was nice. We will definitely be staying here again!

My only complaint was the room we stayed in one of the full beds had maybe lost the springs in the middle? Or it was time for it to be flipped maybe? It caved in the middle so it wasn't firm like the other bed in the same room. It was fine for the one night we stayed in. But would have asked to switch rooms had it been more than one night stay.

The room was large and very clean, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast was basic, but nice to have.

Holiday Inn breakfasts are pretty standard, so there isn't much room for error. However it would have been nice if they replaced the coffee creamer more often. Both pump bottles were empty.

I didn't like that there was no sign on the p. parkway for innovation way. i kept walking in the wrong direction for over an hour until someone told me it was in the opposite direction and had to walk back. Very un happy about that.

Cleanliness Friendly staff Location

I was charged an extra 25.00 per room for incidentals and didn’t know about the charge until it showed up on my mobile bank statement !!

We loved everything about the property. The breakfast was great. Loved that biscuit and gravy! Didn’t like the turkey sausage. Yuck! 🤣 But we loved that pork sausage and bacon!

Other than the suggestions I named above, there was absolutely nothing, and I mean nothing, that we disliked about the property. Nothing! Give this property 10 stars!

this location was very clean and since all the holiday inns on rt 75 were sold out it was conveniently located not far from Rt 75.

I religiously stay at HIE. I come for the beds and the linens; it's that simple. They are perfect.

I like the IHG that more colorful but fresh and clean. This IHG hadn't been remodeled. Unfortunately, the walls were also quite thin. I'm not sure how you fix that one. Either way I'm still devoted to the bed and the linens. They are the best.

Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. I traveled alone with my dog and there was a good office park right across the street where we walked. Also a good restaurant and COSTCO close by that we didn't have to get on the main road to access.

Crazy traffic in the Alpharetta area.

we like to stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites because of its value and comfort.

we had to change rooms because the toilet was leaking. the mattresses in both rooms need to be replaced. the cleanliness of the bathrooms could have even better.

The location was easy to find with restaurants nearby. The room was clean and comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was great! Staff was very polite. The WiFi seemed to work well too.

The breakfast. It was just bananas, muffins, and fruit bars and coffee. I would have really like a hot breakfast (eggs, sausage, waffles) or the ability to make a cereal bowl.
