The front desk person..I believe his name is Mitchell..was very friendly, professional and did everything possible to make our stay a good one. Our room was not ready so we had to wait for a while. He offered us water and kept us informed of the progress in getting our room ready and gave us a card for a free breakfast. Really high marks for him and other staff we had contact with including the housekeeper who did a superb job with our room. Buffet breakfast was good and offered everything that anyone would want. Nicely displayed and the server was was on the ball without being intrusive.

Nice hotel and facilities. A few things need replacement like some of the small carpeted areas in the lobby. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff was excellent. We celebrated our 55th wedding anniversary and was given a room upgrade and breakfast for our entire stay. Thanks and blessings. Staff was great and daily breakfast was a wonderful bonus This was a stay cation, so pleasant and convenient for our needs

The common area decor needs updating. A .microwave in the room would be nice. Not much to be disappointed about!

Outstanding customer service from the front desk all shifts. Took extra care with customers. The bar personnel Brian, Alexis and Zack were also attentive and kept everyone served. Great personalities in everyone. Would stay there again!

Location was beautiful and very well kept, just not able to easily walk to restaurants.

Everything was perfect!!!

we were there for my daughters dance convention at a different location. the hotel it was in a great location. close to restaurants and shopping. The staff was amazing and super nice. the room was clean. would definitely stay again.

Nothing that was really a deal breaker and kind of a preference thing. If I had to pick something the only thing is the bathroom. everything thing seemed lower than usual. The bath tub was tiny and it had a plexiglass shield that didn’t close. so water got all over the place. also the hot water lasted about 5 mins and then went like warm.

The stay was great for the night I stayed. The room was clean, staff was nice, pool area was good and bar/restaurant. My only complaint is that the outside needs to be updated as well as the rooms. I also feel a microwave and mini fridge should be added as well to every room.

The staff was very friendly and addressed my concerns immediately. The bed was very comfortable and easy to get into.

No microwave in the room and the fridge was small.

Just a little more attention to cleaning. Suggest maybe simply blow the drive and under portico simple stuff. Again the people here are what makes this a great location. Wish I could call everyone’s name but hate to leave anyone out, checking in great, bar staff great, restaurant perfect even accidentally met maintenance very nice

Clean facility and friendly staff!!

Julie felt like the sheets weren't fresh. Maybe they had not been changed since the last stay. The sheets were very wrinkled under the comforter.

This hotel is rather dated and is in need of a renovation. The Double beds were disappointing. They were low to the ground and uncomfortable , huge disappointment. On the other hand the lobby and restaurant inside of the hotel was beautiful. The pools were pretty awesome for our little staycation/getaway. The location of this hotel is pretty cool also. Close to great restaurants and shopping venues. Overall not so bad, I desired comfortable beds and a updated appearance.

This hotel has out dated rooms and is in need of a renovation. The double beds were very disappointing and felt more like full size or even twin sized beds. The beds were low to the ground and very uncomfortable, this was a huge disappointment for my family of 4.
