The staff is stellar - friendly, helpful and efficient. We were there for my husband's heart surgery at Emory and the valets and restaurant/bar staff (special shout out to Abdul) asked about how he was doing every day. They made my stay pleasant and my life easier! The lobby area is huge -- good lighting, lots of plug-ins and comfy corners for working or relaxing. Background music perfect for the holidays--subtle, not irritating. Great location. Very short walk to the hospital and only a couple of miles to High Museum.

The rooms need updating and hot water was in short supply at times. If the rooms were as good as the staff, this could be a five-star hotel.

The front desk staff, as well as the valet, were very accommodating. The room was clean. The location is great! Just across the street from the train station, which was extremely convenient for us. Parking was not a problem, as they had a valet service.

It took us over an hour to get our car back from the valet when we were checking out. But it was understandable as they were extremely packed with people checking out as well as checking in for the Taylor Swift concert in town. Great job over all!

The site was beautiful and was centrally located in the city. The staff was polite and made us feel at home. The hotel manager was friendly and gifted my husband and I with a complimentary breakfast as an anniversary gift (this melted my heart)!! From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left, everyone was pleasant. I would definitely recommend the beautiful hotel to others. We will definitely be returning customers.

The beds were old and uncomfortable. we stayed in room 906 and it had a NON functional balcony, which is fine, but there was clothing and trash on it and the glass was so dirty it hindered the beautiful Atlanta view! clean up the balcony and was some windows 🥴

Previously unknown change of £220 deposit (in case of damages) even tho I had prepaid in full. I wasn’t the only one, other customers also complained about the unexpected charge. Staff said it was “On their website” but apparently not disclosed on booking.com

high cost of valet guests house Memphis £55 d/tree Hilton Nashville £44 crowne plaza Atlanta £75 they tried to tell me that my ram classic was an oversized vehicle i must admit the other two previous hotels did not mention this this would certainly make me think twice for crowne plaza in the USA I opted out park my self (not impressed) many thanks David miller

Roof top pool... spacious rooms... location in the heart of downtown

A heated pool or bar at the pool at night would be nice, with a later closing time for an adults only time period where the kids can’t be out there.. I came for a in town stay but we had to share the cold pool with a bunch of kids that closed at 8pm.. The Atl skyline at night is a beautiful sight for a evening swim shame they don’t use that as a selling point

we had a lot of street noise in the room, bed was comfortable but the noise made sleep difficult. we stayed for peach bowl and hotel was full.. we had to wait for a very long time to get elevator down the morning of checkout and waited for quite a while for valet. they did refund our valet charge for the inconvenience.
