Staybridge Suites Atlanta - Midtown, an IHG Hotel

The breakfast was wonderful with lots of options, My family of six all found something they enjoyed for breakfast, That is a huge win. The room we stayed in was comfortable and work well for all six of us. It also was very close to Georgia Aquarium and the World of Coca-Cola.

The main problem for this stay was the wait for the elevators. I found out that the night we stay that only two of the four elevators were working. The only other problem was the self parking price if you left and you want to tour around by car you have to pay again to park.

The cost of parking and valet were a little high.

The room and breakfast was very good. The ladies at the front desk was very patient and helpful. The breakfast lady I’ll give her a 10/10 she was on point with everything all the mornings I was there.

That the housekeeper didn’t come not one of the four days I was there to see if I needed anything. I had to call for clean towels and bath clothes.

Friendly and accomidating staff. Good diners in selected nights. Breakfast was rich and had good choice of food options.

I think/feel that few of the staff memebers have to have better training... They appear not to be familair with information they provided.

We had such a great experience with this hotel. Me and my daughter stayed 2 nights there before my daughter’s summer research project’s begun at GT. All staff were so nice and friendly. Ellis, the front desk at staybridge explained everything kindly and gave good information while staying there. Breakfast was so good. Close to GT, and literally close to good restaurants, shoppings & sightseeings too. Everything was less then 1-3 mi pretty much. We will definitely come back again. Thanks all.

Friendly, helpful staff. Spacious room. Nice kitchenette and seating Very comfortable beds. Great views. Enjoyed the rooftop pool and the breakfast.

Windows need cleaning because it really diminishes the great views. Street noise level coming through windows is a little high. Rust stains in tub that looked previously painted over but exposed again.

You have to pay 40 a day for parking, an if you move your car you gots to pay 8 or 6 dollars a hour your gone. After spending over a 100.00 a night, why have to pay to park, if your staying there? Never again..

The room was great. Beds comfortable. Breakfast was a hidden gem!!

Couldn't check in because I was too early.. had to park across street in parking garage, and it was scary to have to go there for our luggage at midnight after the concert we came in to town for. The conditioner didn't work in bathroom, and that was a nightmare!

We didn’t get any breakfast the entire stay and it was supposed to be included. Overall it’s a nice place to stay even under construction I just wish the bar and restaurant stayed open.

We could have been compensated for the breakfast we didn’t receive or accommodated with something in place of it. We loved the room and definitely will come back.

We loved our upgraded room! Initially we were assigned a different room but, when we put our key card in the door they were guests that was already inside the room. So we had to roll our luggage back downstairs to get back in the long check in line when Daniel the front desk clerk that took care of us noticed we were back in line he asked what happened & after I explained what happened he quickly took care of the problem, apologized and upgraded our room for the inconvenience. Our room was VERY CLEAN. We plan on staying here again next time we visit Atlanta.

Didn't like that guests were just hanging out in front of the hotel being loud & smoking especially when not waiting on valet, it makes the hotel look bad. Also didn't care for the breakfast that was being served, it was terrible! We ended up ordering breakfast through uber eats from the breakfast club which was good. Please do better with your breakfast items. I understand we're still in covid but I've been to hotels that STILL serve a full breakfast buffet.
