It was very nice and reasonably priced. Our room was a little small but we actually liked that because it made it cozy. The restaurant was delicious and the bartenders were really nice!

Customer service representative Pravav was very courteous and Customer friendly. He went over and beyond finding a larger room for us. The room was very clean and comfortable with a balcony. The entire hotel was exceptionally beautiful, love the clear elevators, the fitness room was huge with lots of equipment, several restaurants available except for the Polaris. We were told that it opens in October. The staff was friendly, a gentleman that works with Guest Services took pictures of us. We has a wonderful stay. Kudos to Hyatt Regency downtown Atlanta. PS the gift shop had a lot of souvenirs to choose from and it was reasonably priced.

The staff was excellent. Very nice and helpful. The restaurant and bar area are exceptional. Our two waitresses, Hanna and Jackie were the best. We ate there both days for our dinner. Now the restaurant for breakfast, The Sway, needs some staff help. Even the manager was out of sync with what was going on. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautiful, clean and in a great central location to downtown attractions.
That there was only one microwave for the entire hotel in the lobby. There are no microwaves in each individual room. Also the inside of refrigerators are small. Only enough space for a few bottles of water or drinks. The Sway restaurant needs staff and managerial help and training. The manager passed by and saw me standing there several times and didn't ask if I needed help. The food was pleasant, but they need help in dealing with customers and taking orders.

Great location for ATL Home & Gift market. The market with coffee and to-go food was very convenient for us. Lobby and all the hotel facilities we saw were nice.
The experience at the front desk when checking in wasn't that great. It was later in the evening when we arrived and there were 3 people working but only 1 person actually helping people. Also, it would have been nice to have another mirror in the room near an outlet so we didn't have to share the bathroom to blow dry/curl our hair.

It was close to everything downtown. We stayed there for a music festival at the Civic Center and it was in walking distance. We didn’t have to Uber anywhere. The beds were very comfortable and the gentleman at the front desk checked us in SUPER fast. The ladies working valet in the parking garage were so sweet and funny.
There were no parking spots with the main valet service and we were made to drive to a secondary garage entrance, which was a little confusing. Parking was extremely expensive. The night life was very loud, starting even before sundown— lots of people driving loud cars and crotch rockets to show off in front of the hotel— all blasting music. Even though we were on the 11th floor, it was crazy loud. Nothing the hotel can do about this, but it is noteworthy if you are looking for a quiet stay somewhere in Atlanta.
