Location was awesome. Staff was super helpful.

Cleanliness. The elevator glass on more than one elevator had “stuff” all over it. Bathroom in my room had smears. The room didn’t seem to have been vacuumed well. The hotel itself while nice seemed like it needed a bit of a deep clean

Liked how beautiful it was. The view from the room was beautiful. Location was great for walking where we needed to go

The shower didn't work properly. We had tobcall maintenance

I loved my view! Loved the inside of the hotel. Many places to take pictures! Omggg, I loved jallow my valet guy. He took very good care of me at my stay and made sure my Corvette was in good hands. Very down to earth person. He definitely deserves everything life has to offer.

I didn’t like my room service guy. I asked for extra blankets and he blatantly rolled his eyes. After having a great birthday night. And interacting with him. Definitely wasn’t icing on the cake experience. An I planned on tipping him $100 but he missed out with horrible service.

The overall hotel was great. I enjoyed the couples massages. It totally caught me off guard when I went to the fitness center. The food in the hotel was not as expensive as I had imagined. Very Affordable and it had excellent flavor.

Our room was not thoroughly cleaned prior to us getting there. There was dirty face cloth with hairs in the shower and when asked to clean again, it was left again. The floors hadn't been swept. And the room service was somewhat confusing.

the parking!!!! the hotel doesn’t offer any other parking but valet. you HAVE to valet park which is $55 per day $60 for SUV and trucks! you drop your car off at the front which will have a line of people waiting to drop there vehicle off down the street so you’ll have to set and wait in the middle of traffic, if you can, then when your ready to leave you go to another location to pick your vehicle up! which you will also have to wait in line with other people picking up there vehicle especially during check out/check in times. we waited at least a hour for our car. This is their version of “Valet” parking.

well, Atlanta roads are a hot mess. we literally sat in traffic for over an hour trying to turn into the place. it was insane. I actually got out, checked in, went back to car got luggage, while boyfriend waited to turn in. then parking was an additional 55.00 and they did not bring the car back to you. You had to go to the basement to get car, then drive around the block to return to entrance to get luggage. Lesson learned. there is 24 hour parking one block away. Park there, walk across street to hotel.

Clean and comfortable

I paid extra for club level but I was told I am not allowed in the club. What a ripoff

Had a city view room on the 41st floor and we really enjoyed that. Gym is way better than most hotel gyms. room was clean and comfy. apples and water at front desk was nice. I liked the toiletries. Starbucks and shop- at lobby convenient. Location was great to walk to restaurants and sites of interest like Aquarium, Centennial park etc.

A LOT of people made for lines at elevator and check in. $14.95 for internet and like 50 bucks for parking is absurd. No water in the room although you can go downstairs to fill it. Water temperature in shower always too hot or too cold.

great view of Atlanta. You are within walking distance to everything in downtown. while the on site convenient store is way overpriced it comes in handy.

The indoor air temperature of the entire hotel and the room was very warm the entire stay. we had our thermostat set to 65 and it felt like 75 in our room. we asked some other guests if they had the same problem and they said yes. valet parking was full so we had to park at a parking deck down the street. when we arrived and were unloading our bags I was told I couldn’t leave the car to go check in even though there 6 other cars left unattended with nobody in site. there was also a lot of homeless people who stand right outside the entrance to the hotel asking for money. hotel staff doesn’t seem to address the problem even if they are approaching kids.
