Sonder Midtown South

Location was good, a 3 minute walk to Publix for groceries. Nice, clean and comfortable environment

No telephone to the reception. You would have to call their central office in another state to make any complaints and they will call the reception. This may not work in case of an emergency. I mentioned to them to look into installing a PABX system where all rooms and the reception have local internal telephones to make calls within the facility.

The most comfortable room with all the facilities we could have wanted! Great location and easy to walk to attractions, food, transport.

There is a luggage locker to store bags before check in or after check out however the pin code access only works after the check in time has passed. We arrived a couple of hours early to drop off our bags and couldn't get into the building without calling customer service and getting a temporary pin code. The staff were helpful dealing with this, it just seemed a complicated way of getting in.

The Appartment was great. A big bed, nice kitchen and nice bathroom. We had a problem with the coffee maker. There was moldy coffee powder in the Coffee filter. After i texted Sonder a message and only five minutes later we had a brand new coffee maker! A very very quick reaction! Thanks for that!

The only negative point was, that we actually wantet a parking place for only a few nights and not for the hole stay. In the app i could only choose all night or nothing. I texted Sonder. They said its possible to have a parking place for only a few nights but we need to call to the customer help number. What we did. The guy on the phone said he needs to check how to do and he will call us back. But he never did. Because of little time we didnt call again. At the end we booked all nights to be sure we have a parking place. The texting in the sonder app works great and they help where they can, but they can improve on telephone service.

We loved that the room was super close to the venue we were visiting. We liked that everything was efficient and we could be self sufficient. The room was quiet, and mostly had everything we needed.

The room was overall comfortable but there were no USBs and no outlets on one of the besides. There were no extra blankets and the fan was on high with seemingly no way to turn it down without a ladder. The toilet paper was also noticeably cheap. The shower was small but the shower head was great. We are happy there was an option for parking but thought the cost to park was quite expensive. We ultimately purchased it because we were not familiar enough with the city to take the chance of not having a place to park our car.

Online checkin, don't have to wait at the front desk. The building is clean and everything is new, silent and fast elevator, comfortable lobby. The room itself is clean, cozy and comfortable. The room has a washing machine and dryer. the kitchen has all the necessary utensils. Ice in the freezer. Room with balcony. A new Asian restaurant has opened on the ground floor, where you can eat very tasty and inexpensive. Around the corner there is walgrins, publix and a bar. There is also a park across the road for jogging and walking. The city center is 20 minutes on foot. Convenient and quiet location.

On the first day, the code lock at the entrance did not work. But it was possible to enter with a personal code from the side of the building. It did not cause any particular discomfort.

the location was nice and close to a Publix and Walgreens, was a 30 minute walk to the state farm arena, where i went to see a K-pop concert. We rented scooters and it was such a beautiful please to ride around. the place was very clean, and had some good spots to take photos. you can unlock your room door with your phone threw the app. i would 100% go back for any of my travels! ..........and their elevators.....where so soft and quiet...like i was on 5th floor and went to 1st floor I didn't even notice I was moving. was perfect!

I don't have any complaints. is one of my top favorite hotels I been in ATL.

My room had balcony and the view was ok. I like how they decorate the room, smart and convinience. Good location as well, close with downtown and midtown. The building was hidden so it's pretty quiet at night.

The blanket and towel had bad smell. It was quiet at night but in the morning it's a little noisy because the next building was under construction so if you're looking for quiet place i don't think this place it's quiet enough for you.

Everything was great. Better than expected!!! Although no front desk check in etc, questions via DM were great. Response time excellent. All of my inquiries were promptly answered and attended to without haste. Music in parking garage is a nice touch and does provide a calming and secured feeling. Excellent idea!!!

The toilet paper holder is a bit of a long reach from the toilet. There is a big empty space between the toilet and the sink cabinet where the toiler paper holder is attached to.

We were pleased with the location. My husband took his mother to Emory Hospital for a serious surgery. They stayed in the Sonder the night before procedure and were pleased with the condo and it's location.

My husband kept being disturbed from his sleep many times during the night by text messages about elevator noise which had nothing to do with his mother ir him. They needed the rest. He couldn't just turn notifications off on his phone because I was with our daughter who was in the hospital in SC.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, furniture was in like new condition. It is located conveniently with respect to grocery store, Marta (metro transportation), Midtown and GA Tech. The area has improved recently and I’ve never felt unsafe.
