It’s close to a lot of places you may want to visit like the Georgia Aquarium, the Staple center or the Illuminarium.

There was a lady holding a plush Groot doll talking to it as if it were her child during the time I was waiting to check in but it’s Atlanta so it’s not the hotels fault. She’s also a nice lady so it didn’t bother me until she started breast feeding that poor stuffed Groot but I’m sure everyone will not have the same experience but 10/10 on everything else including the pricing. I highly recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed the aesthetic of the hotel, as well as the friendly staff and good breakfast. Especially enjoyed the patio. The hotel was very close to the Marta station and had great restaurants nearby. The view from the top floor was very beautiful.

The rooms are a bit stuffy and small. Only one of the ice machines worked. The breakfast line tends to be long and the lobby full during that time.

The Hostess (morning) was the best and kitchen staff. I enjoyed their hospitable personality and courtesy that they presented. The breakfast was great and fresh as well. I loved the sense of safety that is provided to the customers.

The room was too light at night and the air conditioning unit was loud. The toilet also broke the in the morning before I left. I was surprised to find out it had outdoor hallways. The breakfast was mostly prepackaged things and led to lots of trash.

I liked how close we were to walk where we wanted.

We had to wait for towels and I’m talking 11am because that’s when housekeeping arrived! They did always give us the towels upon request but not after me explaining EACH DAY how waiting till the staff comes in is not my problem. Then magically the towels appeared.

Nice non-smoking room, large comfy king-size bed and big screen TV with DIRECTv channels, cold A/C. There is a desk and Keurig coffee in room, but no small refrigerator. We had a courtyard versus city view, near ground floor as requested. When checking in, attendant gave several menus for ordering food that will deliver to hotel.

Check-in took a little longer than usual, parking garage for hotel was full, so parking was a challenge. There is a parking area across the street for $20-$25, depending on when you want to leave the next morning. Be sure to have exact cash!! Will need to walk 15 minutes or longer to find food and things to do…without a map (not very good for those of us directionally challenged).

I loved the architecture of the building and the courtyard. The whole hotel was decorated beautifully and the staff were excellent.

There's nothing I can say that I didn't like

Chris at the front desk was exceptional. He was helping to check people in, answering the phone, and doing all that with a smile and professionalism.

It was quite hectic when checking in, but they did the best they could with what they had to work with.

Everything and everyone at This hotel went above and beyond for me and my husband. we arrived very late due to a mes-up with our reservation at two other hotels. I'm in a wheelchair and have mild PTSD and Severe and anxiety disorder, and my husband is blind and uses a seeing eye dog. i was on the verge of tears upon arriving at the hotel because of what we encountered at the other two hotels. Mr. Terrence White the front desk worker was amazing he was comforting and compassionate about the situation. He helped to calm me, got me and my husband checked into the room we booked 10 minutes before. Escorted us to our room to make sure that i could navigate in my wheelchair. upon finishing up check-in Mr. White gave me and my husband resources to help us get dinner delivered considering we had not eaten. The world needs more people like Mr. White, he was our guardian angel that night. Our Room was Very Comfortable and The Shower was more spacious than most, and the hotel was 300 yards from civic center MARTA station. We will definitely stay again and hope Mr.White will be there to welcome us.

There was absolutely nothing about this hotel that we disliked.
