I bc loved the location, and the staff was great. The whole facility was clean.

The only downside of this place was guests disrespecting the “No Smoking” sign. It smelled like marihuana inside, walking down the hallways!

The location is close to everything. The front desk staff was super friendly. They give you cookies and water when you check in. Our room wasn’t ready at check in and without having to ask they made sure we got a different room immediately. We swam in the pool and while it could use a little cleaning it was really big and felt private and the kids loved it. The pool towels were great too. The beds and pillows were really comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean. The TV was really nice and we hooked our Nintendo switch up to it and were able to play games (just take your own hdmi cable) the parking was also excellent as there were multiple entrances and plenty of parking spots available even when coming back late. Would definitely stay here again.

The smell of smoke was a bit strong in one of our rooms but since it’s a non smoking property I’m not sure why. It wasn’t unbearable though so it didn’t affect our stay. The elevators could definitely use an update.

The breakfast was good. But, the $20+ that they charge should be less per person. If I had my family, we would have eaten elsewhere.

I stay at this hotel often but this time was different. It appears that someone entered my room and a few items were missing. I had to contact the police and made a report for missing item. Gucci Guilty Intense Perfume, my charging dock (iPhone), $100 in cash were missing. But I still made the best of my stay.

I need to lock up my personal item in a safe deposit box if the hotel provides one if not get a small personal travel one.

The hotel was beautiful in and out. I like that they had a lot of places to park for free. I enjoyed the customer service that was provided at the front desk. The room decor was nice. The bed was clean and comfortable.

There was two bugs in my room. One tiny spider and small insect. There was so much going right that I just disposed of them, but they definitely need to get pest control to hit the building with some bug killer chemicals.

The staff were super friendly and the bar tender was amazing. The room was nice and the staff were super helpful with anything we needed. I loved that it has a pool and the pool is open early to fairly late at night, the bar is open a little later than the pool so it's nice to go swim until it's about to close then go up to your room for a nice warm shower then go back to the bar for a couple drinks.

The only complaint I had was that the bathroom doors slid instead of being real doors so it doesn't provide the same level of privacy if you are sharing a room with someone.

Rooms were beautiful, spacious, updated, bed was cozy

No one was wearing masks despite the signs citing the CDC guidelines. Staff didn’t ask guests to wear masks and they weren’t either. I called to get the amount I needed to pay for incidentals beforehand and was given a totally different amount when I arrived. When I attempted to explain this to staff, she was dismissive and cited the hotel policy

I liked that the area was not too busy and felt secluded despite being near a major interstate. The rooms were very nice(the decor and vibe was calming) and the beds were comfortable (I liked the large comfy pillows) Nice large clear TV. Alarm clock was convenient and not difficult to use. Bathroom area was also nicely lit. Bar and lobby area was very luxurious and welcoming.

I would like to have had the shower doors open from both sides to turn on the shower. Trash cans in rooms could be larger to accommodate more trash. It was somewhat difficult to find a spot to plug my laptop and maneuver around the computer desk space. I felt misled about the breakfast. The advertisement makes it appear that breakfast is included with your lodging fees but only when I arrived did I find out that wasn’t the case.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and quite comfortable. The food was very good and available until almost midnight.

The rooms could have been cleaner. The breakfast isn't included and is 20 dollars a person. They automatically add a 18% gratuity onto your bill if you eat there. The pool could've been cleaner but it was still usable.

I was able to check in early, the hotel was clean & nice, the bar had amazing food & drinks, it was free parking in the front & back of the hotel, nice pool with great hours & I was able to check out later for free! Definitely will be back.

I think I came in a busy weekend it was a lot of traffic in and out of the hotel but it was still a great stay.
