Excellent room! Karleen at the front desk was fabulous and really helpful. She is a joy! I asked tons of questions and she never lost her smile! I travel a lot and she made me feel at home their. Plus they have full kitchens w OVENS!!

Breakfast was cheaply done for the price. Plus $100 deposit is taken daily if you continue to extend.

Location size comfort & quiet.. it was my daughter 7th birthday & we enjoyed ourselves plus the Georgia attractions.. pool could have stayed open longer than 6 pm tho. Manager made us get out but later that night about 9 pm ppl were back in the pool

Door kept getting jammed.. front entrance walking into the room had leaves & dirty.. I had to sweep & mop. But the room overall was clean.. maybe it blew in underneath the door & that room hadn’t be occupied in a while…

I like the location of the room. I like that there’s a full kitchen as well.

There was a lady that came banging on our door early saying this room was supposed to be vacant…and we trying to tell her we checked in yesterday(that Friday).

Everything was good with the room.

A previous guest or employee left an I watch in the room and instead of waiting till the next day. The individual came to our room late that night. Ask to check our room. Of course she didn't get in we gladly handed her the watch outside the door. However it could have been handle very differently. That should never happen.

I was taken back at first because I didn’t realize a suite would look like a duplex building. For starters, the staff was friendly and willing to go over and beyond to make sure our lodging went well. I liked the fact the room was equipped with a full kitchen & utensils, table, sofa bed, ottoman, flat screen, king bed, spacious sink & bathroom. However, I wished our balcony had a better view upon opening along with chairs. The pool was not opened when we visited in August and I am not sure of the reason. They did have a small basketball court for those who enjoy sports. First time in the area so we had to research nearby restaurants, stores, gas stations, etc. but not too big of a deal breaker. They did have free breakfast in the lobby and it was prepackaged items of danishes, muffins & cereal but we choose to cook our breakfast instead. For me, the stay was pleasant, quiet & I got some much needed rest. We stayed 4 days/3 nights and the price was reasonable with it being a last minute getaway trip. We did frequent other counties/Atlanta so the drive to different areas was about 20 minutes with little to moderate traffic. Lastly, I will recommend this property to others for future stay.

The pool not being opened and a better variety of breakfast foods.

we came on the Apr 26th, around 2am we was giving a room where someone already was checked into. This was very scary, I honestly wanted to leave that night. we went back to front desk and she didn’t do anything about it but stated she is sorry. On Apr28 we went to the front desk that morning and spoke with Dom she was very very understanding and took what happened into consideration. very thankful for Dom she provided excellent customer service

The first room there was a guest inside it. The second room was very dirty on the outside, there was plumbing tool’s outside the room the whole time

The two bedroom suite was perfect for myself, my boyfriend, and his 2 kids. They each had their own beds and we all had extra space and privacy. It was also nice to have 2 bathrooms.

Saw a few dead bugs around. The double doors to the bedroom were slightly broken and didn't close all the way. Kitchen supplies were a little lean (only 2 forks with 4 people for example).

The units are very complete, well organized and nicely laid out. They have a good grab and go breakfast. Best location for a short commute to address where I'm working while in Atlanta. Road noise bad the first night but all in all a great value.

i was a woman traveling alone. I liked being on the ground floor but the door to the unit was under a dark stairwell and there was no outside light. Wasn't a good safety situation. the location is so great for the reason I'm in the area I've booked there again but sent a note to be in a better lighted room. Unit was great and gave them an 8 but on the question of safety I would give a 5
