- The hotel was nice - The room was very large, clean and comfortable

- Parking was absurd -The staff was rude. Checking in the lady was very nonchalant, Not polite at all. Checking out was worse. The girl wasn’t even at the front desk but rather in front of the TV, legs propped up, playing a game on her phone. Just sat there & had us toss our key card on the desk. RIDICULOUS. Lazy.

The breakfast room had good seating, and the area was kept very clean.

The breakfast food was almost all carbohydrates -- sugary cereals, bread, muffins, flavored yogurt, and waffles -- but there was scrambled eggs (which were rather dry) sausages, apples, bananas, and hard boiled eggs (which were black around the yolk and tasted old). It was nicely presented, but the choice was disappointing.

I liked the location and the rooms were huge. I enjoyed the comfort of not being able to hear others in their rooms. It was very cozy and we could sit on the couch or lay in bed and it was convenient to turn the TV for our needs...

I didn't like that the customer service was unprofessional. But overall it was a good experience.

convenient for our trip (half way) place was clean compared to other local areas, the beds were comfortable, and the shower water was hot. perfect pit stop for a sleep and go. even had security cameras outside and was well lit.

could use a deep clean but overall we were satisfied.

Most comfortable bed and pillows we had on a month-long trip!

Bring along something to block part of the A/C blower. It's 4" away from one side of the bed and unless you have extra blanket to block a portion of the blower, you'll freeze!

Location and room setup was very nice

Couldn’t understand why the coffee pot and coffee and tea condiments were kept in the bathroom. I know they say that with each flush there are particles that are released into the air, so this seemed very unsanitary to have all this in the bathroom.

the property was close to the interstate highway so very convenient. the facilities clean and the staff friendly. I loved the online reservations - it was so easy especially considering traveling on the road we weren’t sure where we would be stopping for the night on a multi day trip. and the rate included a hot breakfast so we didn’t need to stop again for food

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The mattress and bedding were the most comfortable I’ve experienced in a hotel room. So much so that I wished I could take them home with me!

The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast. They offered a bagel, English muffin, toast selection but no butter or cream cheese, only jelly. Of course they may have just run out because I came for breakfast late. The bed was too comfortable to leave. 😉

general areas were nice and up to date

at check in the front desk staff wasn’t very welcoming. the bathroom wall all behind the toilet had visible water damages that I’m sure they were aware of. we had food and when we went downstairs and came back there was a roach trying to get to our food.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was neat and clean. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. It is in a great location surrounded by restaurants and a shopping center which made it convenient for my family and I. I would definitely stay here again.
