The best part about the hotel was that they had a wonderful pool and many different options for free breakfast. We traveled with our 2 year old daughter and it was nice to have an actual bath tub to bathe her in. The staff was always nice and very friendly. Couldn't ask for a better stay.

The tub did need a little extra TLC with some mildew spots but it was mostly clean which was nice. There were plenty of lamps but it would have been nice to have a light in the middle of the ceiling cause even with all the lamps on and the window open it was still not as light as we are used to.

The property is clean, well maintained, smelled nice and clean and felt safe. The location is close to everything you’d want to do- the Gold Museum, the shops and restaurants and the gas station is right next to it. Getting around is easy. Everyone we encountered from Dahlonega was courteous and friendly. The drivers are thoughtful of pedestrians. The overall feel of this location is WONDERFUL! The staff at Comfort property are the best you could ask for. Their free continental breakfast was nicely stocked and when I asked for an item that was out, the desk person happily checked and then brought me the item right away. You can tell they appreciate your business. You sure can’t say that about every hotel property. Oh and the mountain views from the hotel parking lot in the evening are AMAZING. We took pictures but I captured ithe images of those awesome colors in my mind. We never got a chance to use their pool because of our activities and schedule but it looked very nice and clean. THANK YOU!

Sorry but I don’t have one negative thing to say. They even have hand sanitizer on tables so you can use it if needed during these still challenging times. That’s a minor but important little detail. They’re still cleaning and taking precautions for everyone’s safety.

We enjoyed our stay here and will plan to stay again because it’s close to UNG where our daughter attends. The rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the omelettes. The staff was also super friendly.

For breakfast, maybe add some oatmeal to the menu instead of grits. I’m from the South but still prefer oatmeal over grits for breakfast.

The hotel and staff were nice. The breakfast was good. I enjoyed the waffles. My youngest loves oatmeal and this was the most that I have seen her eat eggs, so she enjoyed them. My oldest daughter wished they had bacon or another meat instead of just sausage. The manager came and introduced himself at breakfast and talked a little to each table. He was very nice.

My son found a pocket knife under the chair and I found a capsule by the nightstand. We weren't looking for things, we just happened to come across them. I'm not one to search high and low for anything unless we're looking for the cleanliness of the beds. Not a huge issue, just what we didn't like about our stay.

We arrived early morning and asked Colleen, the woman at the counter, if we could please leave our luggage inside instead of having it in a boiling hot car all day. She said she'd be glad to keep it behind the counter AND had it in our room when we checked in at 3 pm. It was very, very clean and comfortable. Head and shoulders over accommodations we had at another hotel chain in another city the day before. We'll definitely be back!

I can't find any fault at all!

The room provided everything we needed from a coffee maker and coffee, refrigerator and a nice TV. The bed was great as well as the breakfast. Could not have asked for much more.

Since we truly enjoy looking outside, our room’s location was lacking in the window view department.

The breakfast was very good. The staff was excellent, friendly, helpful, and full of information. They were fine about a slightly late checkout which helped us a lot.

Nothing. It was a good experience and we were glad we selected Dahlonega for our stay. The community is pleasant and has a real feel to it.

The staff; I think the lady who was so wonderful and gracious at breakfast and at the front desk might have been named Coleen, but I may not be remembering that correctly. However, she was outstanding; so very helpful; made us feel welcome. We will definitely stay here again when we are in this area.

Everything was good; and met our expectations.
