The bed was very comfortable, it was very quiet, and the location was convenient to the places we wanted to go.

Not enough electrical outlets in room, bathroom could have been cleaner, shower wall had a crack in it below the shower head, workmanship on painting and caulking could have been better, ceiling had a stain where there had obviously been a bad leak at one time and the repair was very poorly done, need to add dehumidifiers to AC systems because the room was always damp to the point where the floors were slippery. We have stayed at other hotels in the area and not had this dampness problem. Perhaps after the renovation is completed some of these issues will be fixed.

My grandson liked the pool. The room was comfortable.

The hotel was being remodeled and I was not told when I called the hotel. The room ceiling was damaged and I was still charged the full price. Over all, the motel would have been nice if it was not for furniture all over the place. It needs a good paint job also.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good enough. I did not have to go out and buy it so that was a plus. I was by myself this trip if my kids were with me they would have enjoyed the pool. The hotel is close to alot of eateries and walmart if you need to pick up a few things. I was pleasantly surprised.

nice cold AC, very spacious

the hotel needs to be updated there were a lot of things broken/not working in the room and in the hotel (ie a bucket in the middle of the hall cause the roof was leaking, water fountain out of order, three of the lamps in the room didn’t work or had no lightbulb, fan cover in the bathroom was hanging because it was missing a screw on one side) the pool light was hanging out and had fallen to the bottom of the pool.

It was nice and close to things that we wanted to do.

The only thing that I didn't like is that they were doing construction and had everything out front. I understand that they are improving but that should have been on the booking. When it gets finished it will look good!

the staff was so helpful and nice and i would love to come back with my children and friends this summer for a summer stay and it was handicap friendly and easy to find and the food for breakfast was great would come again and again

The breakfast was ok, the staff was excellent, they catered to our needs, the room was very clean, better than some of the more expensive places where we have stay when in that area, it's worth the additional 45 minute drive from Savannah to get there, the hotel was very quite, not a lot to traffic in & out. I would highly recommend that ppl stay they whether in Hinesville or Savannah

Good location and friendly staff and quiet

Breakfast was lacking a lot. very little choice plus ran out of milk, coffee and hot items.

The room was very comfortable, clean and privately located. The upgrade from a regular room was a nice surprise to a suite which I loved.

My only complaint is the hotel decor is a little out dated and showing some wear and tear, but given the location close to base that is explainable.

The tv and ac worked, the shower was good pressure and hot water. Plenty of pillows on the bed.

The cold breakfast, the room light, did not work, roaches in the bathroom, and some small bug in the breakfast area.
