It was in a very convenient location. Near restaurants and stores. The room was very clean and spacious, and the staff was awesome checking in and checking out. I also like that they told you before you arrived that there is a deposit instead of waiting until arrival. The amount was reasonable also. We enjoyed our stay. Great value for the price.

I didn't like that there are no elevators. The rooms were clean but the hallways need to be vacuumed and or swept. You could hear the springs in the mattress whenever you got up or turned over.

Staff was friendly and fast. They called me to confirm my reservation as we were traveling to Hinesville. The hotel was clean and well kept. It appeared to be going though some remodeling in the dining room area.

Would have gotten a 10 but the breakfasts that they have in their advertising is not currently available.

staff was excellent. coffee was good and well tended. housekeeping was very well staffed. lots of cleaning going on. we even received a personal reminder to double check room on check out to keep from forgetting anything

stairways needed new flooring. maybe already planned?

Room and receptionist was amazing! Hotel is under construction and will be very nice once completed. During our stay the pool, breakfast area and on site laundry were all closed for renovations.

Advertising didn’t mention everything closed due to renovations.

Our new truck was parked right outside the window so we could keep an eye on it. The room had a little couch and desk really cool for our room.

It was just right.

Breakfast closed down because of covid restrictions. Coffee and tea available 24 hours. The property was very updated, rooms were spacious, grounds were beautiful, close to everything we needed.

room needs some updating- rust noted on ceiling grids and repair to chipping paint and area where bathroom door hits the wall in bath area.

I had to pay a $50 refundable deposit to stay and was told i would get it back after a couple business days. Its been 3 days and i still haven't gotten it back.

Close to everything, very easy check in (even early), very friendly staff. Room was very large, beds were comfortable!

I believe it could have been a little cleaner BUT I’m guessing it’s due to Covid and not being able to find enough staff. It was NOT filthy!!! Floor just felt a little dirty but that’s all, nothing we couldn’t live with. Everything else was fine.
