I had a small issue but it was taken care of promptly, and I was very satisfied with the way it was handled ! We always stay here, and we will definitely stay here again. Our favorite hotel with our favorite suite!!

I have no complaints! Like I had previously stated, we had a small issue and it was handled promptly and professionally. We will always stay here when I go to visit my son who is stationed at Fort Stewart. Excellent hotel with an excellent staff and upper management.

The breakfast was good and typical motel fare. The water was different and wonderfully refreshing. It has orange slices in it and was quite tasty. I liked that there was no carpet in the room although I had to get accustomed to it. Thinking of all the germs carpet holds, I was pleased with the change. I just thought $143 was a bit much for the room for one person. I also appreciated them not thinning down the pancake mix and juices as some places do.

A bottle of body lotion would have been nice. Banana's and peanut butter. I didn't eat until 9:00 so they may have been there earlier.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and friendliness of the staff. The beds were very comfortable and the hall were quiet throughout the night. I also enjoyed the promptness of the housekeeper services. I also like the choices of food for breakfast. Each day they add either fruits, or different meats to the bar

The room smelled like vinegar. I don't know if someone spilled vinegar in the room prior to our stay or not. Also housekeeping staff must be a little short because they forgot to pick up the towels and check for tissue. It is good to keep an extra roll of tissue in the car when traveling.

The hotel is beautiful, the room clean and spacious.

My checking time was 3pm. I requested a late checking and was informed I may not be accommodated but every attempt would be made to assist. I actually made it on time but was told to wait because the room was getting cleaned. I sat in the lobby for one hour. Other members arrived and were sent to their rooms. I went back to the desk to question about the delay. The agent was not kind and did not explain what happened or offered an apology. This was disappointing.

As soon as we walked in, we were warmly greeted Check in was easy and quick. The room that I chose online was exactly the room that we received, I absolutely loved it, and so did my children. It was super clean !! I always clean the room first before we settle in when we go on vacation , but there was no need for it, I was sooooo pleasantly surprised. The staff was excellent, friendly, courteous, and helpful. There was always adequate parking, even the parking area was clean. We literally can't wait to come back !!

I used booking.com to book two nights at this hotel. The booking was so easy and I didn't have to pay any money up front. I had to change my check in date and the process was easy and hassle free; the booking.com agent even honored my request to ask for early check in and early check out which the hotel granted. When we arrived on the property it was super clean and the decor is very updated and stylish. The receptionist was very kind and check in was swift. We had the deluxe room and it was very nice, spacious, clean, plenty of sitting space and I love how the sitting room was totally divided from the bedroom. We checked for bedbugs as we always do and the space was very clean. We did have two lady bugs in the room but we took them for good luck and rolled on with our business. The bed and the pillow were super comfortable!! The hotel does offer breakfast with coffee and juices which is an extra plus. Oh my I forgot to mention the inside pool which is great for the winter months. A+

My only suggestion is to update the toilet paper holders, they were horrible for such a nice hotel. Other than that we have no complaints.

Location good. Breakfast good except for stale hash browns

Had 3 kids left alone in room above us. Sounded like bowling and dropping heavy objects. Complained to manager but went on for about 2 hrs! Not enough staff to help out!

The breakfast selection was more than I hoped for and everything was delicious! The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable. Glad I chose to stay here and would stay here again if in the area.

Hard working, pleasant staff all around Front desk- exceptionally nice and efficient Housekeepers - very accommodating and considerate . Hard workers Breakfast staff - very capable and hospitable Lobby and breakfast area comfortable and pleasant

I didn't like that we had to get our key card re-done on both of the rooms. One of my rooms smelled like cucumbers and vinegar the entire time. House- keeping didn't pick up dirty ones or check yo see if we needed tissue.
