I love how friendly the front desk staff was when I check in as well when I checked out, the room was super clean(I had to moved furniture because of my toddler and it was very clean even behind it) breakfast was ok, a hot meal but not too tasty, the bed was very comfortable.

I gave my toddler a shower and she splashed some water to the floor on the bathroom, when I stepped on it my socks got wet (it was ok because I was next) when I took my socks off it looked like it had bleached so I smelled it and smelled like bleach, I love a clean bathroom but they probably should be more careful about that.

Wonderful room for a great price with full, hot breakfast included! King bed with large nightstands on both sides with wall lighting that had an outlet, yet the light was not overpowering in brightness. Beautiful clean, fresh smelling room with large flat screen TV and good cable, wifi connection very simple, good size fridge and microwave, large desk, office chair and lighting with lots of space around it. Comfortable upholstered chair with small table that could be pulled up close and large comfortable hassock plus a long padded bench seat. The full bath was very spacious with a large vanity. Hot water was plentiful, though the shower head was an energy saver model. Full length mirror. Mattress and pillows were very comfortable. We were easily allowed to check in when we arrived early at 2 pm. The lady manager at the front desk was pleasant and efficient. The hotel sits a good distance back from the highway so it is quiet here and the parking lot is well lit. We love it!

The location was great,right off the interstate,yet extremely quiet.Many choices of places to eat near the hotel,several within walking distance,which is nice after a long trip in the car!The facility honored my request for a first floor room with parking right outside of my window.(I ask for this on every booking.com stay,yet this was the first time someone actually honored my request).The young lady who checked me in was very friendly,helpful and pleasant.The room was neat,clean and the shower was GREAT! The breakfast was exceptional and the attendant there really kept up on things and kept it neat and clean.No doubt will I stay there again on my next trip through!! (I travel PA to FLA to visit family and this is the ideal place to stop before my second leg of the trip.HATS OFF TO THE FACILITY AND ITS EMPLOYEES!!

Only one negative:I booked for 1 night and Hurricane Nicole was hitting Florida/Georgia at the time I was suppose to check out and I was thinking about staying a second night to wait out the storm before I travelled to where it was coming from-I called the front desk to inquire about availability/cost and was told the room was available at nearly DOUBLE of what I paid the previous night-NOT COOL-I passed and stayed elsewhere to wait out the hurricane.

Breakfast was very good. Scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, oatmeal, cold cereal, juices, coffee & tea and many more! The hostess was very friendly and very busy keeping everything full and available. She kept the place very clean. She deserved all the tips offered.

We liked everything about our stay at this hotel. Very pleased. Well worth the money.

FLoved how friendly the staff was at this hotel, so we stayed here on the way back home too. The rooms are clean and the linens are soft and comfortable. The pool was very warm and perfect for my kids. I especially enjoyed the hot tub. The location is quiet and safe.

I think the breakfast is nice but I recommend this hotel investing in a waffle maker as well since the pancake machine is a hot commodity and takes a while to make two small pancakes. A few more fruit choices would be great too. But overall the value and atmosphere of this hotel is wonderful and this best western must have an excellent manager because the staff are incredible, attentive, and extremely helpful.

Outside was very clean, plenty of green space to walk your dog, easy to get on and off the Highway. The stairwells at the end of the halls were carpeted, which made them nice and quiet and the fire doors were soft close, which made them quiet, too.

The outside side door was never locked (didn’t need key to get inside). Maybe it was only work hours that I tried that door and found it open.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and had useful amenities, like mini fridge, as we were traveling with a cooler of leftover foodstuffs from vacation. Plenty of parking and well lit. At check-in, was notified of breakfast for next morning and it was plenty of offerings, was kept restocked, and clean.

Only issue is sign for location is set back from the drive and missed the turn first time around.

We really like the open concept in the king room with a comfy arm chair and foot hassock, desk and office chair and a padded bench seat, microwave, coffee maker and fridge. The hot breakfast buffet was in a very nice room. The hotel is off I-95 just a little ways. But sits back from the main road and was very quiet and secure. It was our 2nd stay there in a month. We will plan on staying here again. The price is very good.

The location was perfect since it was right off of I 95. The staff were very helpful and considerate, answering all our questions. The beds were surprising comfortable and the shower was great! The pet friendly atmosphere was nice

The hotel seems old, but incredibly well kept

I like that the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good, the staff were all very nice. it was convenient that there were places to eat close by. The only issue I had was that they could not find my reservation that I made through booking.com. but it was resolved after calls that I had to make with a representative with booking.com, who then called the hotel to confirm my reservation.
