Nice location, nice staff, comfortable bed and breakfast. Really like the person that was at the desk on 4/2/22 around 6pm. Breakfast was great. I think that the pancake maker should be upgraded. There were more than 4 guests including myself waiting for the bag to be switched. We stood there for 10 minutes for a guy to come change it which was no problem because there were many guests.. after he did the machine didn't work and he stated it wasn't working. Yes there were different options for breakfast but after waiting just to be told no was a disappointment 1 machine for a booked out hotel. Not that other places also have 1 but more up date models.

I didn't like that the curtains couldn't be opened. The girl at the front desk Aliya i think that's her name she was very nice but couldn't tell me how to open the blinds which was okay but the sun was shining and we were in a dark room.

The breakfast was very good. The breakfast manager, Miss Alfreida was amazing. She spent time talking with us and making us feel very much like we were in her home kitchen.

We had an issue with the A/C the first night. We checked in late and did not want to bother with it that night. The next day it was fixed and the room was very comfortable.

The staff was very kind. They had lemonade and cookies at check-in. The beds were very comfortable.

My husband said there was an odor, but wasn't sure what it was or where it was coming from. My smell hasn't been accurate for awhile, but I think it was possibly the pool or gym area.

The Hotel was awesome. The breakfast was yummy. The pool was clean and warm. Our room was cozy, comfortable, and clean. Any staff we encountered were excellent. It was also very close to Fort Stewart where our son is stationed.

Clean, modern looking. Well appointed.

Everything looked 'new' except for the door mechanism ... tarnished and well worn. It didn't fit with the rest of the room. Found 1 rubber glove outside our door (assumed it was a cleaning person's glove); also found a used bath towel hanging from the back of the door. Both were 'bothersome.' but not enough to affect the overall room.

Liked the location of the hotel, as it pertains to where I had to get to and from. Clean, friendly housekeeping staff, food smelt good, but unfortunately I did not make it on either day.

Only reason I gave 9/10 - is because I needed extra towels and wish I could have gotten a bottom floor.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable the room specialists were very kind, the young lady at the front desk was great.

The breakfast was little to be desired, biscuits were very hard, the sausage gravy was gross and the juices were very watery, the hot bar was empty all the time couldn't find any one to fill it it's a good idea to bring your own breakfast foods 😡

I will gladly tell you just what a wonderful experience my husband and I had. We were in a large corner room (311) next to the road. You would never know it though because on the AC/heating unit is an option to run the fan continuously. WE LOVED THAT!! The room was so large. My favorite option was the built-in shower caddy. I never had to drag out my shampoo, conditioner, or shower gel. And your options were just awesome!! I loved the shower caddy. Everyone was super nice to use. The desk folks talked knowledgably about the area and offered us some advice on places to go! WIN, WIN!!! We hope to be back because my mom lives in Rincon and I will need to check on her in the future.
