This a perfect all in one hotel. The extended stay rooms are fully equipped so you can do meals in or out and pack things for the beach as you need. The beach is perfect, you can even occasionally see park rangers releasing sea turtles while making it an informational experience. Breakfast was also great. The entire staff is awesome and so friendly. The Manager Donna was so helpful! I have a severe food allergy, she took notice and went to out of her way providing me with other safe options which was greatly appreciated.

The only thing we didn’t like (and at no fault to the staff) We stayed in 219 while the room it’s self was great this there is half wall that isn’t really structurally needed that blocks the entire view of the beach from the balcony. Also the shower does flood the bathroom if you do not have towels covering the edge of the since there is no door.

The hotel was in a great location , right on the beach, and close to shopping and dining. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and provided great customer service. The hotel was clean, and the room was very spacious and had a balcony with a partial ocean view. The shrimp and grits from the hotel restaurant were some of the best I have ever had.

This is not really a complaint, just something to keep in mind.. The balconies all overlook the pool, and that pool is wide open from 9am to 10 pm with kids having the best time. If you like to sit on the balcony and relax, listen to the waves better get up early or wait until after 10. You can't hear anything if you are inside the room with the door shut, though.

The restaurant was fabulous and all the staff were excellent.

There was a group of people there at the hotel in the pool cussing and this was supposed to be a family friendly place. Some parents left the pool because of the language.

Overall a good experience. Building and physical amenities very well. Good relaxing stay and will likely use property again. Big att-a-boy for front desk staff. Primarily interacted with Staff Member Eddie who went over and above several times. Kind of guy I'd like to to see at most properties/locations. Hope someone shares this with him.

Main source (Starbucks) very reduced hours and generally not well prepared for daily crowd. Most dining needed to be at other local venues off the property. Breakfast/breakfast buffet would have added much convienience.

The hotel location was excellent. The staff was pleasant and accommodating.I appreciated the complimentary shuttle and bicycle rental.

My room was not clean sufficiently when I arrived. The bathroom had excessive hair on the floor, toilet holder and towel rack were broken and the sink drained slowly. The carpet was also in need of vacuuming.

Our original room did not have a view as advertised. We were given a room with a concrete wall outside the slider, disappointing. The hotel was able to move us to another room on the second day, but their original attitude was not great.

Almost everything was really good. The buffet breakfast was 'ok' - the scrambled eggs needed some work - they were 'rubbery'. Other than that, all was good!

No complaints really about anything. Suggestion: There should be a sign for people checking out to drop their room keys in the basket. We waited almost 10 minutes to check out at the desk as people were checking in and this was not a problem. However, the individual at the desk never even looked up (disappointing) and just pointed to a basket and advised us to drop our room keys in it. Only disappointing factor of our stay.

dining wait times, bar wait times, no public bike racks, pool towel availability, limited breakfast buffet hours should be at least 10am. waffle line was brutal.

The location was perfect, pool very nice, but they say its heated and it did not feel like it.

I was not impressed with the breakfast. Pre-packaged food and you had to be there by 9:30 to get it. It should be open til 10. Plus you should not charge residents who are paying top dollar to rent the beach chairs. Very tacky.

I love how the room was right on the beach. The room was absolutely beautiful. And views are incredible.

We had Hair in our shower but other than that no complaints at all.
