The breakfast were good, however they basically served the same thing over again. Should mix it up, such as honey nut cheerios and milk.

Couch or love seat were low, as a elderly couple, that can be taxing getting up and down. I didn't know that you had to pay a twenty dollar fee for damage control of our room, if any damage at all, which were none,said they would put money back on my credit card, have not yet received the money,which in fact, they lied, deducted twenty three dollars instead, I am very disappointed, unbusiness like Untrustworthy.

check in/out was easy. room was clean. gym was small but clean and more than adequate for my needs. food was pretty good.

pillows were awful - just awful - and when we asked for more we were advised to get them from the cabinet next to the closet. those were musty smelling. Also, the location was a bit unexpected. We knew it was by the airport but didn't expect to see planes just behind the pool area. The pics of the pool were misleading. It would not have been enjoyable/peaceful to sit out there. It was chilly so we didn't want to but would have been quite upset otherwise. Otherwise, the location was fine in that it was easy to find and centrally located.

Great clean and welcoming environment. Cool to see the private jets next door. The front desk staff was amazing, polite, and even provided me with 2 complimentary cold bottles of water which was great after 5.5 hours of driving! Having an office and kitchen in my hotel for this price was just what I needed!

Probably an ID-10-t error (aka I'm an idiot), but I struggled with the temperature control. Simply turning the temp up didn't work. The room was still an ice box for me. I had to turn it off to get the room to warm up.

Breakfast was excellent,- the room was big and comfortable. The cleaning was not done in one day during my stay, I said the front desk when I arrived that I want house keeping but did not know that every single day I had to tell the front desk for cleaning. next day the cleaning was excellent. I really enjoy the hotel.

The entire stay at Home2 Suites was excellent! The staff were very professional and helpful. The room was more comfortable than expected with every part of the room being clean and well designed. There were more options for breakfast at this hotel than any other hotel of a similar level I have stayed at recently. I highly recommend Home2 Suites St. Simons Island to anyone seeking an exceptional visit to the island.

Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room was very clean. Quiet and cozy, but sometimes the heat wouldn’t warm up

Front desk staff (was a woman) was really nice to both people before us and then was very Luke warm to us. We asked for directions to a restaurant near the hotel and she told us to look it up ourselves, asked for pillows and never got them, the two women before us she engaged in small talk with them, not at all with us and offered them two free waters and when it was our turn, she did not. Asked for two myself. Also was not told about the breakfast. My husband went down to get a paper and saw that Breakfast was offered. Upon leaving, a different woman was very generic, no thank you for staying with us, no goodbye. Very strange front desk!

The excellent breakfast station which in now in place to meet full covid measures to ensure health safety of hotel guests!! Rooms were super clean. Although I still sanitized with my clorox wipes and LYSOL spray. But I did not use the linen I brought from home. Gwen and the manager provided us with over the top excellence in customer service. The hot breakfast choices were very good and the free bottled water and full size in room refrigerator was a plus and much needed welcome. I travel world wide and always stay in 5 star hotels abroad. I never stay in less than 4 star hotels in the USA took a chance on a long weekend stay and stayed here. I can assure you it was just as nice as any 3 or 4 star Marroitt Hilton Westin or Hyatt hotel

Table in room could have had 2 dinning chairs which I suppose they supply upon request.

The breakfast options were lacking, the room was great, as it had a small kitchen and I liked the larger fridge and had real dishes. The room ws clean, and smelled just like a hotel room. They all have a strange smell, I guess of some type cleaner.

Our room was right beside and faing the air strip at the airport, Luckily they were only private jets and small aircraft landing and taking off.

It was great! Location was good. We had access to grocery store and restaurants. Enjoyed breakfast before starting our day. Swimming pool with lift chair was very helpful for my cousin that gets around by wheelchair.

Found it a bit pricey but I understand it's an Island and prime vacation time.

How the room was set up. I like that there is a curtain between the "living area" and the bed, so if I wanted to go to sleep before my husband, then the light of the TV really didn't bother me.

The mattress and pillows were not as comfortable as some of the other hotels we have been in.
