The location to just about everything was perfect

I didn't like either the manager or the owner was trying to argue with me about a reservation I made almost a month prior. Luckily the amazing clerk behind the counter understood what I said and tried to talk to her boss to make him understand.. while I was looking it up it said y'all had a hot breakfast but the only thing hot was a waffle, if that's all you going to supply then say it so people know what they're going to get into. While I was sitting there eating my Waffle drinking my apple juice I watched so many families come in turn around and walked out mad because there was nothing there that they liked

Smoke free, clean and most of all I love my room 206, the mirror on the door, and the wash sink located out side the bathroom , I was able to do my makeup while my husband was taking a shower, I thought that was so cool, I would definitely book this hotel in the future, love it .

There were one staff member , on duty Saturday morning 10-22 22, she weren't very pleasant, and not very helpful, it was my first time using the waffle maker, so it was making a beeping sound, she herd the constant beeping, she literally came to look and did not even offer to assist us, so another customer came into our aid, but all other staff I came into contact with was very courteous and professional , that particular staff on 10-22-22 is not good for business , I'm sorry,

Hotel was nice & clean. Very convenient location to things in the city. Beds were nice & soft along with the pillows. Tv refrigerator & microwave were all update to date & clean.

There was a mix up with my payment halfway through my stay but we were able to resolve that situation quickly. I didn't like how the doors weren't locked. Anybody could freely walk in.

I come here every weekend due to the distance I am from loved ones to spend time with them and I enjoy the stay each and every time the staff is always friendly and I enjoy the complimentary breakfast in the beds are super soft in the rooms are always clean. And yes when I say every weekend I come every weekend. There are other options for me to choose from but I choose this one for comfort and safety. The location is also really good if you like to eat out and there's a Walmart directly across the street as well as a gas station so everything you need is on this one Street.

One thing I noticed about some of the rooms since I'm in a different room each week is some doors for the bathroom open from the outside and some from the inside. The ones that swing into the bathroom are a little annoying because there's so little space to open the door between the toilet your body and the tub. Other than that everything is great.

The location is excellent!

They were renovating we were not told about this before the stairs were an issue! Also it caused a problem with roaches in the room but they changed our room the next morning! it will be an excellent place to stay as long as they keep it maintained!

I like how big the bed was, and how all the restaurants were close to the hotel  however, I don’t like how squeaky the floors are, and I feel like the walls are thin

I don’t like how the wiser than HouseQuake of the floors were, and one of my lights in my room stop working

Breakfast was limited, but still pretty good..waffles, eggs, muffins, coffee and juice. Room was super clean, bed and pillows were amazinggg, we didn’t want to get up. Only two complaints were the bathroom door opened inward so it was very limited space and annoying, and the staff didn’t have much of any personality or even asked if we enjoyed our stay at check out. They were there for a pay check and not to appease anyone. Everything else wonderful.

Breakfast was as expected.

I ate dinner at a local Popeyes and had indigestion during the night and could not sleep. I was hoping to buy some antacid tablets or other stomach remedy from the front desk. I had to drive out about 3AM to a gasoline station. It would be helpful to keep a few basic things like antacid tablets an pain reliever for sale at the desk.

it was close to where I needed it to be. the beds were comfortable and we slept well.

there were stains on the carpets. the breakfast wasn’t much. I would have liked eggs and bacon and biscuits and gravy like the choice hotel we stayed in Valdosta

Clean!!! Super clean..and having housekeeping come in is one of the best things about going to a hotel .so refreshing that there are still places that see this as a good thing.

Back door needs fixing..but not a major issue
