The front desk staff was AWESOME. I would like to particularly call out Latoya and Jay. The system was down when we arrived so we couldn't check in. Latoya had a very unhappy guest who, even though he wasn't rude, was giving her a hard time about it. There was nothing she could do and she assured and reassured the gentleman several times. She kept a smile on her face and remained pleasant the entire time. it was service at its finest. She took care of me afterward with the same professionalism, grace and decorum that I had witnessed while waiting (and it was a lengthy wait). The team there is outstanding. Service with a smile. It was exceptional.

While I understand it, the "every other day" room service isn't what a hotel stay should be.

Property is very clean and quiet. Staff was outstanding. Shawn and Joi accommodated to us well. Check in and check out was flawless. Breakfast was great they even have sealed avocado which you dont see everywhere.

Doors are heavy but do not close right. Walls can be a little thin and noise can be heard from neighboring room. Pillows were too soft no support. Beds were ok

I was in a solo trip to just relax. The one bedroom master suite l had included a nice kitchenette with pots, plates everything. It was like home away from home. I was able to take all the food that l needed. I didn’t even go down for the continental breakfast. I made my own. I didn’t have any reason to leave the room. I just relaxed my entire stay. It was a well needed staycation.

I could hear the cleaning and vacuuming of the other rooms every day. I know it was necessary but that vacuum was loud.

Friendly staff all around. Large comfortable room and bathroom. Kitchenette added a great touch. Comfortable beds with pillow assortment. Clean, well designed and maintained property. Highly recommend.

Bath towels were luxurious. Bath cloths were flimsy and cheap.

It was a great location for what I was there for. The staff was so nice. We left earlier than breakfast started but the man at that shift went to get us a few breakfast items before our trip home. He went above and beyond to help us. Really nice staff. Thank

I think that the lobby has too strong of a cleaning chemical scent. I had the thought that it can’t be good for the staff to constantly be breathing that...it was that strong. I understand it’s a difficult situation with Covid but that was just my impression. I would not have been able to tolerate it for very long.

The staff was Professional and courteous at all times.

I wished the prices wasn't so expensive for the weekend. I needed to stay for a week but it was to expensive so i changed hotels.

We saw Eric Clapton in concert at Gas South Arena. This hotel was very conveniently located. The whole facility is fresh, clean, new looking. Check in staff very courteous. The suite had us so well apportioned for snacks, drinks, relaxation. Very nice king bed, great pillows, nice decor.

Would have liked some real cream for the coffee.

The service was good and our issues got fixed quick. Very nice room and all. I will definitely be back soon to enjoy the full experience in a suite.

We had to move to a different suite because the remote wasn't working good thing we wasn't already settled. I didn't get to eat breakfast so i dont know how the breakfast would of been

Toilets didn’t flush well initially

Perfect, clean, comfortable, quiet. Nice appointed rooms, with nice appliances. Room/ facility felt new, well maintained, will definitely stay again in future if in the area.

Breakfast options, variety could be improved, but overall still pretty good.
