The hotel in itself was great but when I booked through booking.com they did not let me know that I could have got my room cheaper with the discounts that I should sign up for them they never told me that. So I ended up paying $2,500 for 15 nights which is ridiculous compared to $ 67 a night.. which that is terrible customer service they should have suggested that to me but the hotel itself where I stayed all the employees everybody was very nice Chris dealt with me a lot of times in the evening and he was just super nice besides all of them were anyway that was wrong what booking.com did with no customer service not telling me about I could get that room cheaper if I had just signed in signed up that was very rude I don't have money to burn like that nobody does if I hadn't had to stay here I would have left

I think I said it all in that last paragraph the way booking.com treated me money wise and charged me

Everything was great

I do have one complaint. One of the staff members is absolutely horrible. We got into a verbal argument. 1 time and almost got into a second. She had a bad attitude and nasty mouth and really needs to learn how to listen. She was not called stupid what she said was stupid. The next time I seen her she all me and my boyfriend (did we just hear what she said) like we are stupid or like we was kids. Like I said nasty attitude and nasty mouth to be working in customer service. If I knew her name I would definitely put her on blast.

The hotel was clean and the price was affordable. The check in was a little slow. The staff had to keep going back and forth on 2 different iPad and had you sign different blocks on both of them. They could streamline the process a little. The hotel was recently painted so the paint smell was still a little heavy. The room had a large floor plan and really nice.

The breakfast bar left a lot to be desired. They had boiled eggs in a bag, oatmeal and grits were instant, also had some muffins and protein bar. They had no fresh fruits or cereals. no juices. They had vending machines right next to the food bar so you could buy stuff.

The rooms were exceptionally clean. Very simple but great for ones with alergy problems due to carpet and fabric. Huge walk in shower was a plus! Kitchen area was very clean as well and a coffee maker was given to us on request!

The Lobby area and halls ways were not as clean as the rooms. Would be nice if they were brought up to the same standard. Sorry, the breakfast area was not inviting, but with a kitchen, we didn't need it. Others may..

Love the stay

Most hotel let u put trash outside the door if housekeeping on the I understand if it’s after hours but we didn’t know not to put trash outside the door we didn’t have something say we had to put it in the trash in hallway plus someone had pick it up the other day the front desk lady the dark short hair lady but the stay was great

The hotel is close to a lot of shopping and restaurants, it is tucked away so you don't have a lot of traffic noise.

I didn't like that for the amount of money I paid I had to take out my own trash and got attitude from one housekeeper. I went to put my trash bag by my door went to grab my keys and before the door shut she was yelling "excuse me but you need to take that yourself to the dumpster, we don't do that for you unless you are on my board, so you can take it out cause you are not on my board".

The front desk agents were nice and helpful. The room is a generous size and was cleaned well, and the bed felt comfortable. I like the bright bathroom lights, and the shower had good water pressure. The temperature of the room was consistent.

Limited breakfast options

The room was exceptionally clean which is exactly what we look for in such a short stay.

The breakfast was not great. No cups no napkins. The coffee was cold and there were literally 2 muffins and 3 granola bars in total. No staff to be found to even ask. Not a big deal but slightly disappointing.

Staff was very friendly! We appreciated that. Beds were comfy. Good area. Easy access to everything. Clean!! Quiet.

Breakfast needs improvement! No milk, juice or hot items. Not much of a selection at all and what is offered was wiped out by the road/construction crew/whoever they were..that was staying there.

Staff was extremely nice and welcoming made us feel right at home. The facility's was extremely clean. The room was really clean and bright and had a lot of room. This is our second time staying here and we will do so again because this is a nice place and because the staff goes out of the way to help you and welcome you. I realize that you can't check in till 3 but it would be nice if sometimes you could check in a little bit earlier especially when you come so far away but you have to hang out somewhere else until you can check in but that's just the way it is I guess

We could hear a lot of banging doors and people walking above us and beside us. It was hard to sleep and it kept me awake late into the night.
