the staff was very friendly and was willing to help and answer any questions asked. location from river street area was perfect! the suit was the perfect size for our family of 6. there was also a grocery store and other shops right next to the hotel.

We were in a suit and how the suit is set up when you walk through the door there’s a living room area, then you keep walking and there to the left is a mini fridge and microwave then the bathroom, and past that there’s the 2 double beds. okay so the air/heating unit was in the room w the double beds all the way by the window furthest away from the living room! there was no air/heating unit in the living room area! so we had to keep the air in the bedroom at 65 degrees just for the living area to feel it! there was a fan in the living room but was loud and creaky so we had to keep that off!

The staff was so nice. They are short handed so we didn't get room service but we didn't want it anyway. Just got toiletries everyday & towels. I understood they were short handed, heck no one wants to work these days! The breakfast was great. It's no 5 star breakfast but myself & my children enjoyed it. Sausage biscuits, boiled eggs, waffles, muffins, cereal, oatmeal & juice bar along with coffee. Overall great for our family of 6

If you are looking for the Ritz, this isn't it but everyone there was really nice. The breakfast looked good with cereals, small sausage sandwiches, waffles, etc. Simple but good. The room was clean and there is a shuttle to historic Savannah. It is a 12 minute drive to downtown and about the same to 95. It was perfect for us.

The water pressure was bad and the shower head could use a soak in some vinegar. Other than that, our room was nice.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was beeping going on in the hall the entire first night. When we talked to management about it, they were extremely apologetic and offered to give us a discount for that first night. The problem was fixed by the time we got back the next night.

Not sure if this is the fault of the hotel or Booking.com, but despite it being advertised as a pet friendly hotel... IT IS NOT!! We were going to be bringing our dog with us and specifically sought out hotels that were pet friendly. Luckily we didn't bring her.

It smelled bad when we first arrived

Do to Covid 19 the breakfast was self service...there were some items that ran out and there was no one to help you. It was understandable. Also we stayed 4 nights and the supply of shampoo and soap was given for one night. We had to use our own.

The comfort of the beds, there were tow TV, and an small living room are. The room was very clean.

Staff was friendly, bed was comfy, nice and quiet.

Halls/stairwells looked worn and needed cleaning, sparse unmanned breakfast....had to go to the front desk to get someone to refill syrup. Light bulb out and back missing from remote in the room. Everything else worked fine.

The staff were very nice. The beds were so comfortable.

The ac kept turning off and making the room very warm. Also when we would leave and the ac was off there was a smell. Maybe something in the carpet.

Based on other reviews I was honestly prepared for the worst, I'm not sure why others were unhappy. The hotel was affordable, only a few minutes from downtown, provided a free shuttle service and we had a clean comfortable room. We ended up sleeping through breakfast so I can't review that part.

The area the hotel was in was an industrial section of town that felt a little unsafe

The wine and cheese tasting was nice. The shuttle driver Anthony was kind informative and very pleasant. Lastly the housekeeping staff was great!

That there wasn't a pool as advertised on google
