The hotel location is amazing! The staff is very friendly. I like their was free water bottles in the front.

I didn't like that their was no parking for guests unless you pay VIP. Had to circle the streets to find parking.

Property had good location, clean, and friendly staff.

I could hear the street noise below, we were on the 4th floor and you could hear loud trucks, loud music, loud cars. I’ve stayed in city hotels where I couldn’t hear those things. Also, they could do a better job cleaning. Scrubbing bubbles, Dawn power wash, vinegar… all things to take the hard water stains off the shower doors. Barkeepers friend will take the rust off the shower head. And Microban will kill the mold that I saw where the shower base meets the tile. I mean don’t get me wrong, it’s a clean bathroom, but it can be cleaner with once weekly deep cleanings. TV remote was tough to figure out. Oh and the breakfast, not worth the $12 per person.

love the location! I usually stay here or one of the Savannah historic inns. very clean,spacious rooms and bathrooms!

house keeping that was working on 2/16/23 needs to be FIRED. it is not okay to come in unannounced to someones room. we were woken by house keeping knocking and just straight up opening our door trying to barge in. didn't even announce that it was house keeping either..and all 3 times,the lady left our door open. the first 2xwere before 930am. it's not hard to show some manners and respect to your guests. this needs to be corrected and not happen again.

I loved the fresh baked cookies that they offered you. The staff was very polite and friendly. The look and the decor of the hotel was very nice especially the "Blue Room" as well as the hotel lobby chairs were very comfortable.

The cost of the breakfast was rather high and the front desk staff cancelled one of our rooms by mistake, acknowledged that they cancelled the room by mistake but made the card holder come down to the front desk to verify that we should be in the room. I was not a fan of the. Al;so one of the doors to the room would not work correctly and you had to continue to try to open the door several times before the latch would be able to turn even though the light would turn green and you would hear the lock click.

The hotel was very convenient, the location was suburb. Walking distance to literally everything which was very nice. The staff checking in were super nice and even recommended dining and bars to go to. Would most definitely stay here again.

Not much that we didn't like with our stay. The only thing I would say, would be the wifi was a bit spotty and didn't work half the night. Then again, why come to Savannah to only stay in your hotel room?!

I love that the property was exceptionally clean, trendy, and up-to-date with the decor. It was in a prime location downtown;You pretty much did not need a car to get around you could walk to all of the local festival is in advance.

No microwave in room—just makes sense to have one (imo) since Savannah is known for best food restaurants! it would have helped for leftovers or popcorn for movies. Not a deal-breaker though. And…as always, I didn’t love valet parking (fees $42) but that’s just a personal dislike of mine. The valet service was great here so no issues with valet service.

Great location, nice breakfast buffet, nice atmosphere in the lobby. Nice sized room, comfortable bed.

We could hear the traffic from our room, we stayed for two nights no one came to clean our room or replenish our towels. We were later told you have to request that in advance. We had a do not disturb on our door and the housekeeper knocked at our door in the morning anyway. We were unable to get an earlier check in. valet parking is your only option which is expensive per night, we were able to find a lot behind the hotel for much less money. The hotel will not offer up other information about parking elsewhere.

The breakfast was fine. I don’t like buffets, but I enjoyed the made to order food. I loved the cookie and bottle of water upon arrival and the staff was amazing!

My room was really noisy due to the outside traffic. The sound machine was helpful, but that didn’t really eliminate the noise. This is the only thing I hated about the hotel.

The pool deck for being downtown was very nice with the hot tub and location was great.

No microwave at all in rooms or I'm the lobby for the guests to use. I had to go to the desk and have them microwave my daughter macaroni and cheese. I've stayed at a few hotels with no microwave in the room but they always have a microwave somewhere for guests.

Location was perfect. I love that they are very aware of the traffic noise and provide white noise makers in the room. Their breakfast and bar are the most reasonable price. The cookies are amazing at check in! Decor is beautiful. Lobby and lounge area are beautiful and relaxing.

I only wish they could do egg whites or egg substitute for breakfast. I also wish they partnered with a better coffee brand, but there are so many options around the hotel it wasn't an issue for me. Oh... the water pressure in the shower and hard water are my biggest complaints. Long hair doesn't like that.
