Very comfortable bed good location on the second floor

$12 breakfast was pitiful for the price. TV did not work we had to get them to fix it in the sink in the bathroom did not work the whole time however we did not notify them you also need a huge parking sign on your entrance as it is not clear where to park when coming in

The hotel location was perfect! The staff, room itself, and facilities were lovely. This will definitely be our new hotel of choice while visiting Savannah.

Parking was very high $42 a night, the way the valets word it, it almost seems like you have to pay it to stay at the hotel. We opted to park in a parking garage that was one block over. It was $5 a day and a much better option for us. The hotel has a 50$ per night hold for incedentals, that was also a little surprising at first, on top of the expensive room, so just keep that in mind if you book here. Breakfast is also pricey, I believe it was $15 per person. We ate at a few local places that were more affordable.

The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the main lobby was nice, the pool was refreshing (but small) & the location was great.

Our room was facing the pool which was better than our original room facing Bay Street (too noisy). When there were people in the hot tub it was a bit noisy until 10pm when the pool closes. Our beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was nice and roomy. The staff said no other rooms were available - wish we had a better view. Everything was clean & the lobby area was nice to sit in. Just wish the parking per night wasn't $40, but didn't feel safe parking our car (with our suitcases, etc) at the public parking which is right behind the hotel.

The front desk employee who checked us in was absolutely wonderful. I read the reviews prior to arrival, some of which I thought were a bit outlandish with my background having extensive experience in the hospitality industry.

Maintenance- I saw some “bandaids” vs completing issues/repairs with my bathroom wall having prior leaking issues with the shower(drywall), and my fiancé’s room he noticed the ceiling in his bathroom was falling down, his toilet after the first use, ran constantly, so he opened up the tank, and fixed the flapper(his background is a maintenance engineer for short term rentals). I also noticed the shower slider track had mold in the caulking, which could be easily replaced. Training this department would improve the overall look and increase your scores with Hilton.

Hotel was great. AMAZING location😃😃😃 river street is a block in front of you and plenty restaurants and bars located on the blocks behind the hotel. Centrally located doesn’t take long to get to midtown or outlets from hotel. Shower and bed were clean and felt great

Valet was short staffed you pay $45 a night to park when at any given time a valet person isn’t around you are left to park your own vehicle or have to come down get your keys from front guest attendant and get your own car out of the garage you also do not have bellhop service and can be left to struggle with bags all in all makes valet not justifiable

The lobby is gorgeous and clean, there is only Valet parking at $35/day so be sure to add that to your budget. The room was comfy and very updated and modern. They had the best shower and amazing gigantic towels. The bed was comfy with super plush pillows!

The room wasn’t ready for check in until after 6pm. They had some staffing issues and that put a wrinkle in our plans after a long day of travel. They did offer breakfast vouchers and that was a nice complement. The breakfast was decent but probably wouldn’t have paid $12.95 for it. They had eggs, bacon, waffles, and other standard continental style items.

Outstanding secure underground, locked & protected parking! Wonderful polite & ultra professional staff. So Amazing Breakfast, all you can eat buffet & omelets! Very Delicious! Spectacular Location! Very pricey, but very safe, extremely convenient location & super comfy & plush beds & pillows. Great Stay!

Very loud sirens all night long, very loud cars squealing & bass thumping all hours throughout the night on the weekend, but so very close to magnificent very delicious restaurants, fun pubs, & short walking distance to Catholic Basilica. Wonderful Location!!!

The location was a bit loud at night, but that was because it was in the city. I wanted to stay in the city so I could walk easily to the water, and I was able to do so. The price was very reasonable in comparison to other locations, and it was just a block or two walk to the water. Overall, I was very happy with the stay and the room.

There was some noise from the street that was excessive with a loud car at one point, but that again is because I was directly in the city so should be expected.

The hotel was very nice it was during Christmas so it was decorated nicely. Ther is a park and market area on the left side of the entrance of the hotel, it was nice to walk over. Across the street there are stores and shops along the pier which is very nice. My room was clean and cozy with blackout shades which was very usedful.

The hotel charges a daily fee to park your car $39 I sadley found that out the day I arrived. I felt parking should be FREE for guest. The breakfast was around $12 to $14. It was noisey at night due to the market being so close by, lots of people.

The location was absolutely close to everything we wanted to see - definitely convenient. The concierge service was excellent - those beautiful ladies know all about the city for travelers like us. I highly recommend this property.

The only complaint is that there wasn't enough lighting in the room, and the mattresses could be turned because they slope to one side, the side closest to the phone/nightstand on each bed.
