Very comfortable bed good location on the second floor

$12 breakfast was pitiful for the price. TV did not work we had to get them to fix it in the sink in the bathroom did not work the whole time however we did not notify them you also need a huge parking sign on your entrance as it is not clear where to park when coming in

The hotel location was perfect! The staff, room itself, and facilities were lovely. This will definitely be our new hotel of choice while visiting Savannah.

Parking was very high $42 a night, the way the valets word it, it almost seems like you have to pay it to stay at the hotel. We opted to park in a parking garage that was one block over. It was $5 a day and a much better option for us. The hotel has a 50$ per night hold for incedentals, that was also a little surprising at first, on top of the expensive room, so just keep that in mind if you book here. Breakfast is also pricey, I believe it was $15 per person. We ate at a few local places that were more affordable.

The front desk employee who checked us in was absolutely wonderful. I read the reviews prior to arrival, some of which I thought were a bit outlandish with my background having extensive experience in the hospitality industry.

Maintenance- I saw some “bandaids” vs completing issues/repairs with my bathroom wall having prior leaking issues with the shower(drywall), and my fiancé’s room he noticed the ceiling in his bathroom was falling down, his toilet after the first use, ran constantly, so he opened up the tank, and fixed the flapper(his background is a maintenance engineer for short term rentals). I also noticed the shower slider track had mold in the caulking, which could be easily replaced. Training this department would improve the overall look and increase your scores with Hilton.

Hotel was great. AMAZING location😃😃😃 river street is a block in front of you and plenty restaurants and bars located on the blocks behind the hotel. Centrally located doesn’t take long to get to midtown or outlets from hotel. Shower and bed were clean and felt great

Valet was short staffed you pay $45 a night to park when at any given time a valet person isn’t around you are left to park your own vehicle or have to come down get your keys from front guest attendant and get your own car out of the garage you also do not have bellhop service and can be left to struggle with bags all in all makes valet not justifiable

Outstanding secure underground, locked & protected parking! Wonderful polite & ultra professional staff. So Amazing Breakfast, all you can eat buffet & omelets! Very Delicious! Spectacular Location! Very pricey, but very safe, extremely convenient location & super comfy & plush beds & pillows. Great Stay!

Very loud sirens all night long, very loud cars squealing & bass thumping all hours throughout the night on the weekend, but so very close to magnificent very delicious restaurants, fun pubs, & short walking distance to Catholic Basilica. Wonderful Location!!!

Location location location was the win for me, everything you'll need is right at your footsteps

Breakfast had pork only and since I don't eat pork that was a bomber, but there was other things to make up for that. I encounter one desk clerk that was most likely ready to drop that baby lol her attitude didn't match her pretty face. But I would definitely stay there again .

The location was a bit loud at night, but that was because it was in the city. I wanted to stay in the city so I could walk easily to the water, and I was able to do so. The price was very reasonable in comparison to other locations, and it was just a block or two walk to the water. Overall, I was very happy with the stay and the room.

There was some noise from the street that was excessive with a loud car at one point, but that again is because I was directly in the city so should be expected.

great location right in the middle of everything and in walking distance. Everyone was courteous.

I understand it was a holiday but with a price of $470/nt, they should have at least included breakfast, but they charged $15/pp. We didn’t pay that. We left and got breakfast on the way home. But they did have coffee available for free in the lobby, just be sure to get it when it’s hot. Around 3pm, close to check in, the coffee was cold in the thermoses.

The room was very big and clean, the hotel is walking distance to river walk and a lot of restaurants, bars . Staff is helpful and friendly. A very good experience.

The airco was a bit loud and the windows cannot be opened for fresh air. Breakfast can be better , I found the valet parking overpriced; 45 USD per night.

The location was absolutely close to everything we wanted to see - definitely convenient. The concierge service was excellent - those beautiful ladies know all about the city for travelers like us. I highly recommend this property.

The only complaint is that there wasn't enough lighting in the room, and the mattresses could be turned because they slope to one side, the side closest to the phone/nightstand on each bed.
