I liked how neat the room looked ,the breakfast was delicious ,the greeters hospitality was good and I love the downstairs area as well .

Me and my spouse paid for a King bedroom but there was only a queen left so we took it anyway. There was some hair in the drain of the shower and the shower wasn’t that clean also one of the towels decorated in the bathroom had a spot on it, The bed on the left side had a dirty blanket as well so we just used the one on the left side, and the floor in the hallway was pretty sticky which also led to the floor in the room being a bit sticky .

I liked pretty much everything. The staff were all courteous, friendly, and professional, especially Ashton!

I did not like the fact that on the weekend the exterior garbage container was overflowing, with some garbage on the ground, and because maintenance personnel were not scheduled until Monday, that is how long it remained- marring the beautiful entrance to the hotel. Also in the room- All the lighting was on one wall, that desk lamp lighting was unsuitable for me, sorry.

The breakfast was exceptional never had tator tots served at breakfast they were a pleasant surprise checking in was seamless and the front desk clerk was amazing I'm here for treatment and this hotel was cleaner then anyone I've been too since starting chemo treatments

The breakfast was buffet style which was good. They had freshly squeezed orange juice and had good breakfast foods. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.I had a very late check in and a staff member stayed until I was all checked in. She was very sweet and kind.

I didn't see any breakfast but I didn't no attention to it..

The only thing that I didn't like was the hallway on the 3rd Ac didn't or it wasn't on and it was 86. But my ac worked in my room so no worries.

The hotel was very nice and the rooms was very nice. The beds was comfortable and the staff that checked us in was very nice and friendly.

I like the entire environment as soon as you walk up you're greeted and with a smile. Doors locked at 10pm for security purposes to protect the everyone. Only way in after hours is with the room key. The entire staff was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The rooms and beds are very comfortable, staff is good

When we came into the room, the front of the ac unit was sitting on the floor, exposing wires, but not a big deal, because it was still working, but could have caused us to lose our deposit, if I hadn't told them.

Room was mostly clean, bed was old but comfy. Bathroom seemed half updated. Curtains was black out.

Ac smelled funny. Smelled smoke as soon as stepped off elevator. Pillows were flat & stingy with them.
