The White Sands beach was 3 miles away and NOT 70 metres as advertised on the booking site! We did not have a car and chose this accommodation because of supposed proximity to beach. So that was very disappointing. Staff were very unhelpful when we pointed out the discrepancy, and said it was Booking.coms error, even when I pointed the information about location and facilities must have come from them!! The very small beach near the apartment had a rough sleepers camp set up at one end. Not a pleasant place to be.

I stayed at F4, and it was amazing. Sparkling clean, they have everything you need for a pleasant stay: all kitchenware (really, everything) , beach chairs, umbrella even snorkels although we didn't use it since we had ours. There are some people that actually live in the complex and they were very friendly, so were the other guests during our staying, which made wonderful memories from our time in the pool. It is walk distance from the village.

Short walk from all the restaurants and shops. Clean and well equipped, with BBQ, gazebo, pool etc. Kona Trolley stop is just a 3 minute walk away and you are literally right next to the beach.

Check in time being for one hour between 16:00-17:00 is a bit ridiculous. One member of staff seemed peeved at everything (she was irate that I DIDN’T have a car and need a parking permit, that I asked about WIFI etc).

The beach was beautiful and the pool/barbecue area was very well-kept and lovely.

Rental of equipment from the office was over-priced. You could rent umbrellas, snorkel, chairs in town for much less. They had recently raised the rental prices for these items.

close to everything, great office lady for check in, easy parking. everything we needed was in the condo. quiet, stress free. Totally will stay here again.

hard to buy one if you are Canadian (lol). the bedroom can be a little stuffy. but that is a MINOR issue.

We had a ground floor unit facing the sea, which was excellent. The room was quiet. Pool area was very accessible. The location of Kona Reef was very good: restaurants, and bars were within easy walking distance.

There was no significant negative issue.

Great location. Nice and quiet. Central to restaurants and shopping. Beautiful views. Impressive cleaning of outdoor pool area.

Towels need to be replaced. They are so old, they are grey instead of white. Mildew smell in the bathroom is pretty bad.

The location was great, close to walking downtown or to a beach. The air conditioning in all rooms was great. It felt clean and it was very comfortable. I would absolutely go back to this place.

We reported that cable and wifi didn't work .. desk staff immediately radioed custodian, but no one ever came to fix it

Location was great. Parking was not a problem and included in the price. Best thing was the washer and dryer in the suite, which also had a large sofa bed. The unit came with a large bedroom, bed, and large closet.
