Excellent location, walking distance to town. Beautiful views, the indoor garden area was stunning.

My elderly mother arrived before we did and her credit card had a limit. subsequently, she could not pay the full sum on arrival. She felt that the staff treated her differently and followed her around for payment. when we arrived a few days later, we were charged twice and had to make several calls to have the money returned. We also did not like how difficult it was to get an answer from the property directly instead thankfully we had Booking.com to do it. But from what I understand, the property didn’t even answer Booking.com when they phoned or emailed.

Great Location Spacious clean rooms. Comfortable Bed, well equipped kitchen. Quiet Pool and Spa where there are no children under 7 allowed. As we were holidaying without our children it was nice to swim without listening to someone else's !

We have been charged twice for our stay, we have contacted the property through their website twice to try to get a resolution but have not yet heard back. This is the one thing stopping us from giving this property top marks, There are no facilities at this property, no bar, restaurant or shop. There is a small supermarket about 5 minutes walk away.

Great large apartments. I like that they have invested in solar panels and that the AC turns off when the balcony door are open. Great parking spaces, comfy beds. Reasonably close to Kailua-Kona centre.

The pool wasn't that kid friendly. No amusements for them at all. View from our apartment was the parking lot 🫤

Smoking was not allowed in rooms or on lanai however people smoked on their lanai’s and it was offensive to us while we were trying to enjoy sitting out on our own lanai.

Very spacious and well equipped apartment. The beds were particularly comfortable. Nice pool and awesome sunsets.

Housekeeping only upon request. Plenty of nice beaches around, but no beach within walking distance.

The condo was nice in size. The kitchen was adequately equipped. I like that there was recycling of garbage. Grounds were nice. Covered parking.

The carpet was past due for a cleaning. There was no access to restroom from the public area; only through bedrooms. There was no restaurant on site. The parking was a challenge for loading and unloading.

I received texts with helpful information prior to check in and check out. Room was well equipped and the roominess helped relax and stretch. It was in a perfect location.

spacious rooms, lack of clients = quiet. the two pools designated “family” and “quiet”. we love our grandkids, other people’s, not so much!

with all the empty rooms they should have put us in a room with a better view.. many were empty.

The property was nice and inviting. The staff was very friendly which made our stay more enjoyable.
