The hotel offers apartment-like suites which are incredibly spacious. Almost like a mini house. Everything inside our apartment was very clean and well-equipped. They even included a box of chocolates in the room, and there was also snorkeling gear. We didn't try the swimming pool because we spent our days outside, but it looked nice. The hotel organises mai-tai afternoons and it just has a very relaxed atmosphere. The hotel's apartments are quite spread out so the complex is rather big. It includes smoking areas and grill stations. So all in all it was incredibly comfortable. We had a very relaxing stay and we loved the room which was incredibly spacious.

The policies in Booking said that the hotel would charge us 1 night after booking, but they didn't. So it all became very confusing because after 4 hotels and 7 flights, we really thought the night was charged. The hotel is somewhat old fashioned, maybe catered toward older people or very american families.

Loved everything about our stay! The location is walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our condo was clean and stocked well. I do wish we would of had a baking dish and a veg peeler, but we made due anyway. The pool was clean and never over crowded. The grounds are well taken care of. The staff are very nice and do everything they can to make your stay amazing. The views from our condo were amazing! We will definitely be back again.

We didn't have a baking dish, or a veg peeler in our condo. But that is not really something to complain about. We loved our condo and our stay!

The front desk attendant, Rose, is friendly, helpful and attentive the entire stay. She provided us with supplies that made our stay more enjoyable (a rice cooker and a huge stock pot to cook). The unit is large and clean. The bathrooms and kitchen are spotless. The washer machine and dryer in the unit was welcomed. There was ample dish washing liquid, dish washer capsules and cooking/eating utensils. The kids loved the pool. Maui is expensive. This was an affordable option for a family of 4 visiting Maui because we went to Safeway and Foodland, both located 4 minutes away by drive, and made meals for our family. The sofa in the living room is a fold-out bed.

The air conditioners are very loud. They roar. We went during the summer and it is hot. You need the A/C units to sleep but we were startled several times by the noise.

Our booking was a spacious 1-bedroom apartment with everything you need there. We had a “garden view” room on the 2nd floor with quite a big patio. From the patio we could see the ocean and a volcano. There are 2 beaches available in 7-12 minutes walking distance, though I preferred to drive there - free parking is available.

Quite a long walk to cafes - 15-20 minutes. If you don’t cook your breakfast, then you need to drive. It would be good to have a breakfast option in the resort.

Pool is well maintained and very good for family. Play area has mini golf, tennis and a couple of other activities and hotel provides all the equipment. Watching sunset over the grassy little hill in the resort with the mountains in the backdropped capped our experience. Lots of plants and flowers within the resort. There are some artificial waterfalls too. There were some barbeques in the common area too. We saw some people enjoy it but didn't use it ourselves. Overall, an awesome place, specially for family.

Had booked for a garden view room but got a first floor room facing the walking roads surrounded by trees, not a bad view by any means but feel like since we booked garden view, we should've gotten a room facing over the hill or play area. A little bit of hassle to for check-in and check

We really loved our stay at Aston Maui Hill - the location was great; the rooms were spacious and very comfortably furnished. The kids loved the pool which was not overly crowded. It was really nice to have the equipped kitchen, as well as a washer and dryer. The management staff were very accommodating and personable. Will be coming back!

It would be nice to have a cocktail area.

Cleaners entered the space daily without warning and while we were not there. Would have put up a do not disturb if I realized that would happen. Was hoping to be able to walk to beach/town because distance was good, but that hill into the resort prevented it. But I should have thought of this considering the place is called Maui Hill hah! Staff called to ask if we were comfortable right after we checked into the space and manager followed up via card to thank us after our stay.

The most perfect place! Everyone were so kind, the place was big, clean, the bed was so comfortable!! The kitchen had everything for making the stay feels like home (or even better than home!). It was so nice to have a washing machine and a dryer in the room... they upgraded me without even asking, and the place was perfect in all the ways possible. Parking was free. The pool was awesome, and there were plenty of towels. The stay was awesome and the place was the best I ever seen!

The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes away from the place, but it was a big park with green grass and beautiful yellow sand!

I loved it. It was spacious, clean and near restaurants and beaches. The staff was absolutely amazing! Very happy for the washer and dryer inside unit.

We needed more pillows for the bed and the place was a little old fashioned. Swipe keys and ramps to get into the rooms would be great. We only had regular keys. There isn't a gym either. Also, parking gets tight at nighttime. Other than that, it was delightful. I am glad I booked it!

Everything was perfect! We were two couples and the apartment we were given was fabulous. A nice living room and an adequate kitchen for some delicious meals.

We didn't like being called on the phone for using a lamp on the balcony to eat outside. Apparently things cannot be moved from the apartment but since there was no light on the balcony I think it should be perfectly fine to use a lamp outside and then bring it back!
