Home2 Suites by Hilton was the perfect location. The onsite parking, although chargeable was a bonus. Its proximity to the downtown area only one block away for lots of great bars and restaurants and the area felt very safe. We arrived quite early after a long drive and my husband was feeling slightly unwell, so Madi on reception gave us some water and as soon as a room was available she checked us in. The rooms are so big and clean and comfortable and although well equipped we didn't use the kitchette facilities but we did take advantage of the complimentary laundry. Great breakfast too with a choice of hot or cold and the breakfast area was well supplied and very clean. Overall the best stay of our trip

The breakfast was wonderful, all of the staff were exceedingly friendly and considerate, having an entrance to our floor from the parking garage was very convenient.

The only thing that was bad was the pool. We stayed here (and paid extra for the hotel) because of the pool, but the chlorine was so strong two of the three visits to the pool that we had to leave and go back to the room for our small boys to shower off the chlorine. I noticed other visitors also leaving as their small children were also visibly uncomfortable due to the chlorine.

Would have been nice to have a bar/food options on site other than breakfast. Breakfast was average to above average, staff there was friendly. Room was much bigger than expected or needed. I don't remember asking for the kitchenette. Maybe all rooms have it. Very spacious overall room. Shower was a little odd to have all the ADA accommodations. The bench over the tub would have been nice to be able to remove or lift it out of the way. Didn't bother us, didn't need it, but happy they offer it for those that do need it. Hope we didn't take that room from someone with ADA needs.

Loved the kids pool for our family. The gym was really nice with the Peloton and the dumbbells up to 75 pounds. The breakfast was nice and hot. The staff were very friendly and made us feel at home including our requests for additional towels, blankets, and shampoos

Parking isn't included, so a $15 payment ends up being required to stay here, which seems quite steep. The pool had way too much chlorine, so much that it made your nose burn, eyes water, and an allergic reaction in one of the adults in our party.

We eat a plant-based diet and did not participate in your breakfast offerings, other than an English muffin w/peanut butter and honey. My husband reported that the kids were enjoying making their own waffles and/or pancakes. We have stayed at this property at least 4 times, and have never been disappointed. We will be back, as we periodically have business in Boise. Great staff!!! :-)

Can't think of anything that would have been an improvement to our experience.

Everything was fantastic! The staff, room and hotel cleanliness, best hotel breakfast ever, facilities, and location. The stay could not have been better in any way except for the wi-fi.

Contrary to advertising, wi-fi is not included. However, if you join their rewards program, then you get free wi-fi. Borderline scam-ish by Hilton. I don’t like giving away my contact info by joining the Hilton program.

From the very beginning the staff was very courteous and helpful. Kudos to Jennifer!The lobby was very clean and inviting as well as peaceful and relaxing. I was parked on the same level as my room so unpacking the car was a breeze. Easy access to the room. The room was spacious, bright, and airy. I did not see a dust bunny or dust anywhere. Very clean and fresh!. The furnishings were modern/contemporary. The breakfast was fantastic as there were several options to choose from. The attendant kept everything restocked and clean. I was very impressed. The checkout was very smooth and efficient. This was a great stay! When I am in this city, I will make this hotel my first choice.

There was nothing that I didn't like! Maybe one pillow that could have been a little firmer.

Located right in the heart of the city, it’s central to much of what you may need. Public parking inside the building allows you to park on the same floor as your room so you don’t have to use the elevator all the time. The bed was very comfortable; the number one feature in my book. The blackout shades made it nice and dark in the room so I could sleep better. This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in.

There is some traffic noise because you’re downtown but it wasn’t that bad.

The location was fantastic. We really enjoyed exploring the neighborhood. Our tv didn't work the first two nights but maintenance got it up and running on our last night.

Honestly, both my husband and I took one bite of the "eggs" and had to spit them out. They didn't taste like anything resembling an egg. We didn't try anything else but bought breakfast in the area.

the bed. it was deceptively soft at first but like a brick when laying for a brief time, and I am not a heavy person; the pressure points made sleep difficult. I also had to clean the vinyl floor with paper towels daily as it really got dirty. daily service is not needed for most things,but a small mop would have been helpful. I could have asked for this to be done , but didn’t think about that. 😆
