Easy to get to, near things we were going to do and visit. There are lots of places to go to eat nearby in walking distance. It was also easy to find coming into to town. The room was quiet, other than we were on the second floor. We were also given an early check in which was great. The room was mostly the right size for the 3 of us.

The room was right near the parking area and the pool facing Parkcenter. I should have asked for a room not facing the street, it would have saved us the noise in the morning from the street and the school or daycare across the street. The bathroom was tiny. Shower and toilet only, sink outside the bathroom. There was barely enough room to stand in the bathroom if you weren't on the toilet or in the shower. The parking stalls are all different sizes, some are so narrow that lots of people double parked. Some were huge. Especially in the lot near our room. The building is kind of a maze too. The room I thought I booked had a balcony, ours did not but it's pictured in the room description.

Great amenities! The room was clean and lacking nothing needed! We will stay here again if ever in Boise. The evening shift manager was amazing!

The breakfast assistant employee was rude and her uniform was not marked so I hollered into the kitchen for someone, then turned around and she was there. I said oh I didn't see you, she said she was standing right behind me. I didn't know she was an employee because no name tag or logoed shirt. The batter was out for the waffle machine, which she should have noticed I kept trying to get some batter out for 5 minutes to no avail! When I said I'm sorry I didn't see you, you have no name tag or anything indicating you're an employee, she just said nothing. Even when I thanked her for filling the batter machine. She was quite rude! Other than that breakfast was awesome!

All employees were nice and courteous, from the front desk to the cleaning ladies. Pool had been closed because of an incident, and upon request to the manager, he personally went to check if the conditions were safe to reopen. His diligence opening the pool and making sure it was safe, allowed my kids and others to have a great time at the pool! We thought we had left an item behind, call the hotel, left a message to the person in charge, and they called the next day(4th of July) to give us a status report.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. I liked the pool and hot tub. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It is also nice that the exercise room was open 24/7.

I did not like the breakfast in the morning. There were enough options, but it did not taste good. Also, our room was located close to the elevators. All night we would hear the loud hum of the elevators.

Have stayed here multiple times and choose it for location, comfort and quality.

It’s not the properties fault but this time there was a soccer tournament in Boise and the place was full of teenagers who can be noisy and mischievous as was the case… lacked a bit of the quietness we have enjoyed there on past occasions.

I love this property! I will always stay here when my travels take me through Boise. The staff is incredibly nice, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. I love that there is a small kitchenette, a living room, and a space to work. They have a breakfast, and a snack bar for late night munchies.

Location, breakfast, 24hr desk

My room location. It was across from the kitchen and the front door was not well insulated from other guests voices or the kitchen. I’d prefer a non-handicap room, also. There was no tub. The reason I gave a plain face to the staff wasn’t all of them. Upon checking in, we were helped by a gentleman who just wanted to get us in. The young lady who was helping another guest check in was very helpful, offering what time breakfast was, where the pool was located, etc. I broke away from checking in and asked her for some things.

I had to stay in Boise because my husband had an emergency appendectomy. I booked a room through booking.com for $100’s MORE than the hotel charged me for someone who stays there because of a medical emergency. The hotel staff was very pleasant and was able to get me a discounted stay because of my situation- the exact room I requested through booking.com. I stayed in the room for about 10 hours and left the the next day to go back to the hospital.

I called booking.com to try and figure out a refund situation since I paid both booking.com AND the hotel directly. So in total I paid over $350 for the room according to my creditcard statement I received last week. The booking.com customer service was patient and kind, and assured me (after calling and confirming with the hotel manager) that I would be refunded my money back to the credit card. My most recent statement did not show a refund.

I liked the breakfast. Perhaps put a sign by the cereal indicating that the milk is in bottles in the refrigerator. Being on the third floor, we heard the local fireworks only faintly and had the best sleep of our vacation.

There was no recycling. The pool water looked cloudy.

The breakfast was good. Should have more fruit and veggie selection and pancakes. Having an Omelet station would be nice. Overall, the breakfast was very good, I appreciate a hot breakfast selection. Also, the breakfast cut off time of 9:00 am. should be moved up to 10:00am.

Have breakfast over at 10:00 instead of 9:00.
