I have stayed here many times and only complained once there was a old bar of soap in the shower and used shampoo bottles

the gentleman that stayed next to us was yelling and screaming I called the front desk at 4am and they didn’t do anything about it I was a little upset. but that was the only time I had any issues. still love staying there great location to shopping and the hospital

Exceptional value for money. The room exceeded expectations in terms of cleanliness, spaciousness and general comfort. The amenities were excellent, especially the pool, hot tub and lobby area (where there was coffee available). The staff at the desk were very professional and the breakfast was really good. We also appreciated the fact that breakfast was available from 6 am, allowing us to get back on the road early.

Everything smelt fresh and clean, but there were stains/worn areas on the carpets in the corridors and one in the room. It didn't really bother me because it was clear that it was clean.

The room was large and very clean. There was a bathtub and plenty of hot water. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good. There were scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy and waffles, plus yogurt and all the other usual things. There was coffee and tea in the room as well as in the lobby/breakfast area. There were two women cooking breakfast and making sure it was stocked. The motel is also close to several restaurants and a mall. We walked to Texas Roadhouse, and there were several others even closer.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The room was clean and comfortable. There were no glaring issues with the place and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good and for a quick stay during a long travel, the place worked out well.

The walls aren't very thick, so it was a little noisy from those next door for part of the night. I can see how having to buildings can be cumbersome for some travelers going between the front desk and their room (especially in wet weather), but I didn't have any issue with it - and I was in the second building.

Very conveniently located to everything we wanted to see. Best value for money that we could find. Good breakfast , very good beds, shower, internet, big room. Get a top floor room if you can. Floors are wood so you can hear people above you. Quieter than the other hotels because it’s not on the main road. Very good Steak house and buffet eat all you can close by. And a Thai restaurant and take away. Overall we would stay again no problems. It has an elevator.

Nothing to mention.

The room was spacious, clean, with comfortable beds. It was also a short walk across the street to Golden Corral and other restaurants were a short drive away. We didn't use the pool or other facilities since we were just there for a night. We also liked the variety offered for breakfast.

We were in room 162. The bathroom sink was a bit slow to drain, the heat light timer switch was broken and the fan was very noisy. Other than that, our stay was good.

The room was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was a plus, as we wanted to get on the road to our final destination.

Our room key was odd. We had to swipe it several times for the key reader to work. This is such a minor complaint I didn't even mention it to the front desk. One of our non-smoking had clearly had a smoker in it before us. We exchanged rooms with our son in the adjoining room, who although is a non-smoker, didn't mind the smell.

The beds need to replaced and the comforters also. If you are an edge of the bed sleeper the springs are so worn you fall off. Also the comforter was clean but very worn. Every time I pulled the blankets over my shoulder it tore more.

Everything was clean - the facilities were comfortable - We were given the towels and space we needed - the lobby had a nice seating area, where we played games one night - the staff was all very friendly - The location was central and convenient

There were two buildings A and B - We were in B which had slightly fewer amenities - The key card system in building B was older, so sometimes we had trouble getting our key card to work

Room was great and decent size. Breakfast was well done with hot dishes (scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy). Also had waffles, hard boiled eggs, juice, cereal, yogurt and other breakfast items. Staff was pleasant.

Had issues with parking my car & U-Haul trailer even though I had called to confirm they could accommodate that size vehicle on property and also included and confirmed in my reservation request. When we arrived there was not space to park.
