The bed was wonderfully comfortable, and the hotel was very quiet. Lots of good parking and the staff is very friendly.

The towels are thin. There was a cobweb right over the lamp in the corner by the bed. I wish there were more protein choices at breakfast.

Breakfast. one of the reason we book this hotel was for breakfast. read the reviews that gave it. thumps up. For us, it was one of the terrible ones. Pastries were hard and pancake batter was kinda sour. Boiled eggs were smelly. Had never skipped breakfast other than here.

We were not able to take advantage of the breakfast We would like to see it go until 10 o'clock on the weekend. The room was very clean. The hotel was very quiet.

We were three adults and it would have been great to have another chair.

Both the breakfast facilities and the food were very good. The room was spacious and very well appointed.

Check-in was more complicated than for most recent experiences. The billing procedure was far too rigid.

The elevator didn’t work. I had to pay a $250 cash deposit after I had already booked the room online. The overnight clerk was really weird and unprofessional. I was checking out and wanted my deposit and they needed to look at the room she took forever like we had trashed the room. when we checked in late and left early.

Minimal. It was fine, all the basics were available. Warm breakfast sandwiches were available, fresh fruit.

It’s not that I was unhappy with the choices. Under the circumstances(staffing, costs, etc) it worked. If I wanted more than what was available, I would have gone out.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, and breakfast is good with many options.

The pool was cold, and the shower faucet needs to be fixed, so it doesn't leak water, so you have better water pressure and don't fill up the tub while showering.

Received a spacious, clean and tidy room with good breakfast in spite of all the covid restrictions taken. Friendly welcoming staff that helped us on hearing our son hospitalized after a serious truck accident. Malisha, the owner's daughter even obtained for us the hospital's guest house for 11 night free of charge instead of keeping us still in their hotel. I sincerely appreciate this help. We know that to obtain that level of service is true dedication to the industry.

The bed was great and the facility was clean.

The staff were not that friendly. In my room the bathroom was extremely small and you couldn’t open the door all the way or it would hit the toilet.
