The room was a good value for the price. King size bed. Not a bad location. Close to lots of points of interest and necessity. I'm not a white glover but it appeared clean and stocked with standard amenities. Flatscreen tv,cable,microwave, mini fridge, sofa bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast.

Tiny little pillows for a king bed and an odd number as well.. Three tiny little pillows. That's my only gripe.

the place was clean,quiet and staff would say hi. I was next to the laundry room for quest did not hear it.

Breakfast items need some protein you had a frig with milk,cream cheese,butter in it so had hard boiled eggs. Your pool is down but if kids stay there they would be running the halls. Early morning hearing doors closing loudly and you trying to sleep

The location suited our need, the facility/room was clean, and the continental breakfast was good.

During our stay, the hallway reeked of cannabis smells and seeped into our room. Overpriced during U of I Mom’s weekend.

We arrived an hour early and we were permitted to check in! The microwave in our room had had an issue and was removed prior to our arrival. After a few hours I came to the desk to ask about it and it was replaced within the hour! The following morning, I overslept and came to breakfast 5 minutes after it was to have ended. The staff was kind enough to put out the pastry and other items so I could get breakfast for myself and my family. And the bagels were really great! The front desk had batteries to the remote control so we could continue to enjoy the tv. The room was nice and large with an extra upholstered chair.

The office chair had been beat up. The back rest was bent and the seat torn. I asked about it being replaced, but was told they couldn't do that. The stairwell door was frequently left propped open. From my experience I understand that to be a fire hazard, and I would close it each evening. One evening we noticed that a first floor hall window had been left open! We did not report this and simply closed the window, assuring that it was locked.

Comfortable bed was a bonus after a long drive from South Carolina.

Staff was excellent, the room was clean, the air conditioner worked well, the room smelled fresh. If I would have some thing the complain about was no coffee maker in the room but it was available in the lobby. I did miss my evening cocktail. I actually can say for the price your service was above what could be expected.

Good value. No smoking. Free parking. Breakfast included. 24x7 coffee and hot water. Washing machine available . Reasonably good and quiet location if you have a car.

Hard to get room service; need to arrange one day before. Pets allowed ; had a bit of an accident stepping on dogs poo at the entrance.

The staff was really friendly to our dog. The bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast was meager. Very few options, mostly full of carbs and fat.

The location was secluded and fairly quiet. Very quiet except for some of the guests being loud and cussing in the hall. I didn't have the breakfast. The bed was very comfy. Night clerk was helpful.

Some of the other guests were loud. There was no plastic shower curtain, so water got all over the bathroom. Couldn't seem to control room temperature.

Room was super clean and the beds/pillows were so comfy! The breakfast is continental style but still really good. The room was enormous and had microwave, refrigerator, desk, sitting area, AND the two beds. I was amazed at how much I got for what I paid

I dont like the fact that i booked the room online then get here and they tell me card was declined. So i had to pay $ 243.00 out of pocket but then they turn around and take. $ 143.00 off my card. I want a refund of my money. But im told i have to wait 10 days for my money. I shouldn't have to.
