The location was convenient, and the staff was helpful. The person who checked us in gave us a voucher for two free breakfasts the following morning. This was nice and unexpected. The breakfast was good once we got it. The pool is a big plus. It is an Olympic sized pool with plenty of space around it to sit. My nephew fully enjoyed it.

Getting extra towels was a challenge. The breakfast setup was not the best to the point of being disorganized. The only reason we did the breakfast was due to the voucher.

Stayed here because of the pool. It's a kids favorite and well worth the stay. The pillows were very comfy as was the bed. The bathroom was clean.

The noise outside the room was loud and went on late into the night. It appeared a cleaning lady was on her cell phone talking to someone and very loud. Then we heard someone (male) from bother room talking out tonight hallway, also loud. Also when we went to the pool area there weren't any clean towels even though there weren't many people there. When we called for clean towels they came with about a dozen for the whole place- they were gone in a matter of mins. Need more clean towels and to constantly monitor them.

Pool is 60 feet long, from 4' to 7' deep and soooo warm. Beds are comfortable, shower was very good, i felt welcomed even though I wasn't dressed up like many guests. Television was good sized and very good color. Room was comfortable in temperature and no funny smell like other places. Very nice.

I felt there was plenty of room in the pool room to fit in two hot tubs, this would've completed our wish list for a hotel. You can hear just a little bit too much of the talking in the hallways when you're in your room. I will definitely stay again.

Whem we got in the room the heat was on 89. The breakfast wasn't included. Stayed 2 dys and never got more towels. Also Sunday someone just came in at 830 am while we were sleeping and woke us both up. Checkout was at 11!!

The pool was warm at check in after dinner we wanted to swim around ut was def cooler by 11 pm too cold. My disappointment carried over the next morning. It was WAY TOO COLD!!! Very disappointed as the pool is why we selected this hotel.

I was there primarily to sleep and rejuvenate--and it was two nights of the best sleep I've had in a long time! What I would really like to know is the manufacturer and the model of the GREAT mattress in my room! Wow! I want one in my bedroom at home! I loved the bathroom--and especially the shower! I want one of those in my home too!

Leave the cabinet doors open or place the glasses/cups and ice container someplace where they can be easily seen. OR you could place a label on the cabinet door so that guests would know the contents. I didn't realize that's where they were until I packed up to leave.

Curtains where tugged down and ripped, shower water didn't drain down, asked to come have it looked at but jo one ever came up to the room .

I loved the location, and the reception was excellent. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed staying here.

We stayed in different room on September 16 downgrade and booking .com made us pay full price for a different room will never use them again
