25 min from Chicago international airport, Lisle is the best place to stay if you have business meetings in the area and same time you want to go and visit Chicago downtown. 10-15 min driving there is Naperville, nice old town with good typical restaurants. If you like crab cakes this is the right place!

If you want to have some entertainment and not just business facilities it is a bit out of the life!

Every staff member was super friendly, from front desk to breakfast room, to bartender, to housekeeper, and especially Gee, who always seemed to be around the lobby, willing to help, share a laugh and give advise.

Some areas of the hotel could use a refresh, but overall everything was super

Comfortable bed. Nice to have a refrigerator in the room, though having a microwave as well would have been great. It was a fairly large room, so the sitting area felt somewhat separated. You can turn the TV to watch it either from the sitting area or the bed.

The exterior windows of our room and basically everything above the first floor were extremely dirty. I'm guessing it's a cost saving thing, but it makes you feel like the entire room is dirty. They need to wash those exterior windows. Also, the on-site restaurant and the swimming pool were both closed, probably due to covid.

Room was a good size and nice.

We used the sofa bed and discovered a lot of filth under the couch--tissues, candy, a hair elastic. Yuck.

Staff was very friendly and the bell hop was so fun and happy, he made everyone smile and laugh.

The room was nice, a little dusty and the carpet had ripples and I trip a few times. Wish it had a microwave, eating out while there would have been nice for leftovers.

I love the staff . Everyone was so kind Theresa, Daquan and lady in kitchen area is so sweet she was kind to my hubby. We will definitely come back and very clean. Breakfast is great. Great location around all malls. Good place to host a reception, and the pool was a plus ! We will see you in a few months!

The interior of the lobby is nice. The rooms layout is nice and spacious.

There was not a microwave in the room. However, there was one in the lobby.

Location great off I-88, easy access and close to Arboretum and downtown Lisle. Room is well laid out to provide bedroom and living area with tv divider, feels roomy so you can spread out. WiFi in room was spotty but was able to spread out comfortably and work in the lobby. This location hosts lots of events/weddings so there tends to be large groups so elevators can be busy at key times. With room facing interstate I definitely heard the flow of traffic so next time will ask for room on other side of building. There is Avis desk in lobby and Dunkin across parking lot so this was great help to my trip. Overall great value.

We were in town for a wedding. The room was clean and very large. The bed was very comfortable. I really liked the upgraded bath amenities (shampoo, bath wash etc...)

We really had no issues with the room or the hotel.

Location - big room - quiet - indoor pool and very warm hot tub - reasonably priced breakfast

No restaurant and bar open only certain nights - rooms and building showing it’s age
