The property was great for my family. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and no one complained about my loud four year old running back and forth between our room and her teenage brothers room. The hotel is five minutes away from WoodField Mall which was great for my teenagers. There are also restaurants and gas stations nearby to meet all needs.

Although we enjoyed the property, my teenagers were bummed about there not being a pool. They also had issues connecting their game system to the television (never got it connected). Breakfast is also really expensive. We preferred to eat at restaurants.

Nice room. Stay and fly.

We did a stay and fly. They wouldn’t let me give a return time for pickup when we left. So had to pay to call them from Europe. During the call they gave me a time they would be there to pick up up. They weren’t there. So I had to call again and 30 minutes later they arrived. Ju a little frustrated.

Friendly staff, easy to reserve Lyft/Uber to airport. Very dark, comfortable beds with spacious rooms. Fitness room great, extended stay parking available for people traveling out of ORD airport. Breakfast available for purchase and nice bar for evening night cap. Close proximity to restaurants, shopping, airport. Safe area with well-lit parking lot. Highly recommend.

It is the second time for me to stay in this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, comfortable and big enough. Location is very good for my needs. It will be my first option for next time also.

I am not sure how to spell her name but the hostess at the front desk ("Tal"?) who wears the cute bow necklace - she instantly made me feel at home and I felt safe. I bought a night stay to leave a situation at home where I felt uncomfortable and I needed a peaceful place. She said she saw my note when I booked where I said I was just thankful for the place to stay and she said she was happy to welcome me here, offered me a water, and was just overall bubbly and her energy was so positive. Please give her my thanks and also please recognize her. You should be proud to have someone at the front desk like her representing your hotel :) Also, I loved the overall design and mood of my room and it's a small thing but seeing my personalized message on my TV was really cool but also made me cry because of my circumstances. I ended my stay and wish I could have stayed longer but the experience stayed with me and gave me more insight into my personal life.

The room was clean and had a good amount of space. The staff was helpful, and if we had an issue, it was solved quickly.

The room lacked a fridge or microwave. That was the only thing we would have liked .

I loved everything the staff is out this world!!! Everything was nice and clean and the bar and bartenders was amazing if your looking for comfort, fun, cleanliness and a welcoming amazing atmosphere and staff this is the place !! I loved it 🥰

Very nice, clean and friendly. A very comfortable and inviting facility.

All the rooms didn't have a refrigerator and microwave as advertised. It was explained that those were in premium rooms only, not every room. But the staff still attempted to accommodate our needs which was greatly appreciated.

Clean, stylish room, comfy bed. Nice bathroom. Large TV. Common areas were nicely appointed. The staff were professional and helpful.

No complementary breakfast for on the go guests. The room didn't have a mini fridge. Room smelled slightly musty

There was a pleasant smell when entering the property.

The pictures in the room could have been spread out to other walls instead of being clustered together. You could hear all the movement from people above the room.
