The breakfast was pretty decent! There wasn't much of a selection but the coffee tasted really good and surprisingly I liked the frozen breakfast sandwiches they filled me up every morning! The staff when we were both checking in and out were super friendly!

our room was right next to the elevator and ice machine and then there were people in the room next to us so it was pretty noisy. They also had people working on the lights or some thing with the ceilings so having people standing in the hallway talking all day it was also pretty noisy

I liked the location. Very convenient and close to what I needed.

Both elevators didn’t work. Everyone had to share just the one working elevator. The light fixture in the bathroom above the sink didn’t work along with the electrical outlet in the bathroom. The bathroom didn’t have a working vent either. The shower curtain smelled of urine. It either needs to be washed or changed out!

Great stay. Close by restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, shopping mall, etc. All within 5 mins drive. Hotel was quiet, clean, safe, spacious. Served breakfast. Had microwave, fridge, iron board (no iron though), tv, etc. Receptionist was pleasant and very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend and would stay again!!

They did not have an iron and I needed one!!

Everything was good. Always is room to improve. But for me with this stay no complaints.

location is perfect for the mall area and tons of food options! the staff at the front desk was so nice! easy check in and check out.

i would just have to say our room smelled like cigarettes, someone had their used mask over the smoke detectors so that was the explanation on the smell. the bathroom tub was a little dirty. sheets smelled and had a few stains. carpet seems to never get vacuumed since there was broken balloons all over and other garbage. we were there for just two nights so we didn’t feel like complaining after our long drive. we were exhausted.

We travel to Chicago every so often to go shopping. This is the first time we ever stayed here. We were very impressed with our stay here. The staff was all so nice to us. The room was very clean and spacious. The location was excellent for our shopping needs. The parking was excellent. We are going to make sure we stay here from now on.

Everything was perfect.

Staff was friendly! The beds were soft., The pool was open with 1 hours block reservation spots. There was breakfast but it was grab and go. The property was close to tons of places to eat and shop!

Upon arrival we had an issue with the reservation with booking.com. Booking. Com had the front counter person on duty on the phone for 40 minutes trying to resolve the issue. We had already paid but the booking.com card was declining. The staff gave us our keys to our room and took the confirmation number and pin to keep trying. This was a booking.com issue not the hotel.

I was extremely impressed with the cleanness and decor. The rooms were beautiful. The beds was heavenly. I've not sleep that good in over a year. Christine, the manager was always willing to go above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. Guests were instructed to reserve your Housekeeping. I thought that was very thoughtful. Especially since I recently took my kids to Disney, paid well over $3000.00 to stay on one of their properties and their was NO HOUSEKEEPING OFFERED. The Comfort Inn went the extra mile. Although I'm pretty OCD, we brought our own cleaning supplies, I thought the Comfort Inn definitely did not miss a beat.

The only thing I did not care for was they allowed pets.

Breakfast was fine, location was near where I had to be, the bed was exceptionally comfortable Staff were very nice, friendly, helpful

A few more amenities would have been nice- luggage rack, desk or table. Water for shower was hot at night, tepid (busy time?) in the morning.

The breakfast was all pre-packaged due to Covid-19. There was a good selection. The room was a good size with refrig/microwave and the bathroom was a nice size. The super comfortable beds were the main love. Neighborhood was nice, quiet, and great for morning walks.

The selection of drinks for purchase in the fridge downstairs was lacking, but this could have been from the timing of our need. Not too upset about it.
