I liked location, it was very convenient to many stores. I also enjoyed the room. Just what I needed. The laundry room was easy to use with the app instead of coins. For the price and everything I'd stay again. I was here to help clean a house and see a few friends. So I was just looking for a convenient place I can cook dinner and rest my head at night.

Some things needed fixed. Toilet handle is cracked. The pillows were a bit lumpy. Unfortunately there was a fire down the hall. It wasn't bad but smoke filled hallway. It was choking. Thanks the police and fire department came. Got it under control and all was well. The description says they have breakfast but they don't have it anymore at this hotel.

The room was nice, very clean and comfortable.

They didn't offer any kind of breakfast, and the air conditioning unit didn't have a fan option so it kept turning off and on all night. I'm a light sleeper, so I would wake up every time it kicked on, but besides that the room was great!

the staff that were there the 2 nights that we stayed were really nice when we interacted with them. even before I got there, I called to ask a question and Dana answered the phone and she was really great, she was nice and answered all of my questions that I had before going to the property. the room was spotless, and really nice. the hotel was also within 10 minutes of the convention my boyfriend and I were attending the weekend we stayed so that was great as well. it’s also located within 10 minutes of really amazing restaurants. definitely would stay again next time we are back in town!

nothing, everything was great.

Room was very clean, A/C and all in room utilities worked perfectly. Bed was comfy. Everything in working order. Good location- not far from airport, short walk to a major grocer (Target) to get groceries for in room meals, several good restaurants nearby as well. Also a short walk to forest preserve for a refreshing walk/jog, there are nice trails there to spend an afternoon enjoying the weather. Plenty of parking onsite.

It would be nice if a change machine or other means were available to make change/get quarters for the laundry machines. Kitchenette had very sparse utensils, but I was still able to cook everything as I wished (just a bit trickier).

It was not real clean at first but it got progressively better while I was there. the staff was excellent

Very clean room, I didn't worry about breakfast, shopping near the hotel with about 5 minutes walk. Everything you needed is available, friendly staff, and a safe place place. For me it exceeded my expectations, Lovely big fridge and microwave. I will come back again to stay there, really value for money.

The TV channels for me was good, only maybe a bigger flat screen TV would be nice, but it was okay.

Great location with so many shopping centers and restaurants , close to major highways for a reasonable price.

Everything about the room was insanely nice. It a gorgeous room and when I entered I was expecting a crudy motel like room. I've stayed at other Choice brand hotels before and they never remotely met my low expectations. This one the rooms were great, parking was great, and having a full kitchen furnished with dishwasher, stove, pots and pan, etc. was simply fantastic. My stay was very comfortable and pleasent.

I didn't like the climate control. It doesn't always work for some reason and will continue blowing cold or hot air even if you turn it off. You had to do something specific to make it turn off like raise temperature than turn off or something like that. The gym could've been better. Maybe have some basic cooking essentials like oil and maybe a larger trash can. I also notice since this is a extended stay hotel they never told me how to get the trash out of the room. So I saw a lot of dumping everywhere. I needed to stay longer but since I went through a 3rd party, they said they coulden't extend my stay.

Very clean, quiet & modern

Air conditioning unit couldn’t be controlled by the actual unit at the window. Post check-out, staff said the wall thermostat could change the air temp.

The bathroom lightening!! The kitchenette..very nice overall!

I thought we would have room service only to find out we had to bring our own dirty towels and sheets down if we wanted new ones... We only stayed 2 nights so it wasn't that bad but if longer it would have been nice to have our room cleaned for us
