Overall quality was great!! Clean rooms and comfortable beds! Great shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Very helpful!

The breakfast bar could use some improvements. Fairfield should add fresh fruits and perhaps reduce some of the bread. I bet a lot of health conscious travelers, like myself, would appreciate it. In the future, Id like to see cantaloupes, bananas, and maybe grapes!!! Also, during these very cold weather it'd be nice to keep the heat running longer and above 80. degrees.

My family and I have stayed here a few times. It’s a newer hotel which is good. It’s also clean and modern. It does tend to be a busy hotel so it can be crowded at times, especially breakfast. Breakfast is good. The usual selection of hot and cold items. Like the workout room (screens on the treadmills) and the pool.

During non-breakfast times, the beverage station in the lobby would run out of hot water. I had to ask multiple times during the evening for it to get it refilled. Also tried to get cold water in the morning (post breakfast) from the same station only to find the container filled to the top with just ice. It would be nice to have a water bottle filling station available instead. Same goes for hot water. That way the person at the front desk wouldn’t have to keep going back on the kitchen, especially if it’s busy. —-The floor by the door to the outside in the stairwell could use some cleaning. Understand that this path was from an exterior door so there’s dirt from the outside that gets brought in, but it didn’t look like it was cleaned at all during the time we were there.

The accommodation is near to Woodfield Mall, Target and all the other main stores places which Schaumburg has . Its a good place with helpful staff and good service . It has its own spacious gym as well and has a big swimming pool too so you can have a nice relaxing time after work. They also provide a free access to the Lifetime fitness gym which is walkable from the hotel and that gym is very big and has lots of stuffs including basketball courts, swimming pools ( outdoor and indoor ) , very big gym area and bathrooms are quite spacious too.

Probably breakfast could have more menu items , but may be due to covid the supplies weren't proper as per the staff . The breakfast offered was good though

The room was large, clean, and looked just like the photos online. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. There was plenty of room to hang up our clothes, as well, which is rare in hotels. The desk area had plenty of room as well, which was important as I had to take work meetings while on my trip.

The walls are paper thin. I could hear everything (conversations, even) from the room next to us despite their voices sounding like normal volume. The showers water pressure was incredibly weak and it was hard to get the water warm at all.

LOVED the shower, the bathroom was really nice.

he breakfast was free but the quality was awful we stayed a few years ago the breakfast was edible, not this time coffee was even poor quality. bed was hard. the fire alarm went off, with no explanation, we were outside for at least 45 minutes. no staff said anything the fire department showed up after we were outside for about 10 minutes. we still don't know what happened. the internet was out as well..

I was very happy with everything. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great. The free parking was also very useful. They also have a guest laundry where I could wash my clothes.

Two minor issues: 1. The key card stopped working at around 9 AM on the day of my checkout even though the checkout was at 12 PM. 2. There was no chair in the business center.

Breakfast was good. Accommodations were great. Beds were very comfortable.

The breakfast times could have been a bit longer, especially since we come from the west coast. Maybe just another half hour to hour would have been helpful.

Toilet in room should meet current ada type standard (elongate tall). Unfortunately people in next room were loud in the hall and initially loud in their room after 10 pm. Likely young men.

Pillows were so soft and comfy.

I asked for a wake up call for my 1st morning and that did not happen. The staff was good but I come from a very friendly city. So the not so friendly stff may just be the location.

Very comfortable and clean. Ice on each floor. Roomy. Loved that the four rooms were all together.

The pool water was colddddd..... Some kind of party was going on and we couldn't enjoy the patio which were looking forward to with family. Next time .
