This my favorite hotel after arriving on a transatlantic flight in Chicago before driving to my final destination. It is not fancy but highly functional, has a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Even the classic American bathtub has been replaced by a walk-in shower.
Breakfast is marginal but to be expected for the price. If you like a big breakfast a nice restaurant is next door.

This hotel is my favorite after a long transatlantic trip and arrival in Chicago, on my way to other destinations in the USA. Price/quality is excellent, rooms are large and clean with microwave and fridge. Personally I skip the breakfast as next door is a great family restaurant with excellent breakfast at a reasonable price.

The eggs at breakfast were a little hard to eat, like they had been sitting there for awhile (I went up at 6:30). Coffee in the lobby was ice cold.

Did not straighten my room/bring clean towels after the 2nd day, even tho I left the sign on the door to clean the room. I did not need anything that first night/morning and I saved them from having to do anything by hanging the do not disturb sign on the door then, too. Not a big deal.

We were disappointed with the beds, they seemed lumpy and uncomfortable. Also the TV was very pale and the remote was difficult to figure out. It kept changing to Spanish language.
