location was very convenient for us, staff was very polite and accommodating, room was clean, breakfast was good every morning. had an exercise room and equipment by the pool but I didn’t pack my motivation. Was my loss, could have worked off some of that Turkey dinner.

It’s a little bit dated but honestly that’s not an issue to me, I don’t sugar coat or mince words. It wouldn’t keep me from staying here again.

Awesome, one of the highlights of our stay. The kitchen staff was very friendly and kept every thing clean and food supplies filled. David Williams also worked very hard early before breakfast was served to clean up a tremendous mess left in the dining area that a large group left after a party. Just a wonderful staff.

Needs new carpeting, very unsitely.

Breakfast had a wide selection and everything was fresh and good. The jacuzzi tub in our room was spacious and worked well. The pillows were like sleeping on fluffy clouds.

The only issue I had was I felt like the jacuzzi tub in the room could have been cleaned better. There was a scum ring around the inside of it that I had to clean before we used it. Other than that everything was great.

The front desk staff were very understanding when it came to the few complaints I had (noise from youth ball players running up and down the hall, and no hot water my first morning) and even gave me a discount, which I only noticed when I checked out and got my receipt

My only other complaint was that the stairwell wasn't cleaned all weekend that I was there, as there was garbage from (presumably) the ball players (a breakfast plate and cup). Nothing major (included pictures)

The staff was so friendly. The rooms were big and very clean. I went for my daughter's birthday party! They were awesome! Pool was very clean. Also breakfast was awesome also.. they even have got food! Definitely worth every dollar I spent here.

Extensive options provided for breakfast. The location near the Louisville Slugger Sports Complex is what made this place worth the stay. Less than 5 minutes to the park.

Arrived at 10:30pm and there was nobody at the desk to check us in. After a 10-15 minute wait we were finally able to get our room.

Everything was great. clean, comfortable bed, breakfast was good. staff were friendly.

had to let the water in bathroom sink run awhile before it got warm. would’ve liked a variety of yogurts for breakfast, only had peach, which I do not like. even though there’s blackout curtains, the bright lights from outside came in on the sides. water in pool needs to be warmer.

Everything was conveniently located and easily accessible. Comfy lounge area where we could visit with other family members. The staff even found us some playing cards so we could play card games. The breakfast buffet was not fancy but tasted good.

Not especially impressed with the toiletries and the room darkening shade was a bit of a hassle to quietly operate.

Breakfast was tasty every day with fresh fruit, cooked items and excellent coffee. Location and parking met my needs perfectly.

Everything was clean, organized, and well-kept.

The only thing I didn’t like about the property was that there was no sugar or creamer in the room for my coffee, so I had to travel to the lobby to get it every time I wanted some.
