Only one makeup remover on the first night.. Only one washcloth and no bathmat to step on after getting out of the shower on the 3rd day. I (Martha Dickerson) received 2 bug bites on my leg and one on my upper back. I am not sure if I got them there, but I assumed that I got them while I was sleeping since I had on blue jeans the rest of the time. I am not complaining, just thought that you might want to have the room checked/sprayed.

Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The front desk guy was warm and welcoming, which was awesome because we had had a tough day. The room was gorgeous and a 1 bedroom suite unexpectedly. The bed was super comfortable. The pool facilities were well maintained and very clean. The breakfast was fantastic. The location was in a safe place. I did not feel uncomfortable leaving the hotel at night as a woman alone.

The only thing I would say that could have made our visit better was if there was some way of ordering a movie that wasn't basic cable or have the TVs be smart TVs so we could log into our Disney+ for our toddler.

The property was very nice from the outside to the inside very clean spacious and clean pool and rooms were very clean aswell!!! they provided a great breakfast for the morning it was definitely a great stay will definitely come back when we travel back there! very friendly staff aswell anytime I needed towels I called and within 5 min they were at your door with clean ones!!

Room was comfortable. Desk clerk upon check outcwas great.

No one at front desk when we arrived. Had to wait. Then we were charged $20 more than price quoted on reservation.

The staff members were polite and willing to accommodate our need for an earlier check -in time.

We had a little trouble figuring out the room thermostat, which had been set to cold air, so the room was pretty cold at first. Once we figured out that the one wall thermostat controled all three rooms, the room heated up quickly.

Very nice breakfast selection, one of the best at a hotel during my travels. Great choices of food. I liked having Kelloggs cereals in the individual boxes. The choices of cereal were good.

Visiting Peoria for a family Christmas party, location was perfect. A friend met us at the hotel for breakfast and I asked the hotel desk if I could pay for him to eat with us, they said no, he could eat no charge. I would definitely here again.

The room was very warm, the in room heating was running full blast. I turned the thermostat to off position and room was fine.

Clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was good, pool was clean.

Pool bathroom needed some minor cleaning.

The description said "wheelchair accessible". However, the water closet did not meet ADA requirements, and the only grab bars were in the bathtub.

Great staff! Good breakfast. Main area very inviting . Goid location for our needs .

Needs some new carpet and cleaning of upholstered chairs.
