The hot tub & spa facilities were top notch (with a sauna!)!!! ~ It was like soaking in a hot spring in a grotto! Also, there were 2 pools (indoor & outdoor)!~ (They had a special designated adult swim time from 10-11pm.) Decor was wonderful, quaint & cozy. Everything was spotless... They even went to inspect the room to make sure it was ready since it wasn't checked off in their computer system. Location was central along a strip & near anything you might ever need. Area seemed safe & the place seemed kid + pet friendly. The breakfast was delicious with a variety each day that kept you full & satisfied to go out exploring the Quincy & Hannibal areas!

TOWELS!!!!... Only 1 large towel provided for 2 people & had to ask for more (& they said they could only find 1 that was clean). NO TOWEL RACKS (just 1 tiny hook behind the door & 1 small dowell for face towels) so we had to hang bathing suits from the fire-sprinkler & shower head... towels hang off the shower curtain rod but have to be moved if another person uses the shower... No bath-mat provided so we had to use a towel we got from the pool for that (not enough there either, especially by the late night). + Adult swim time needs to be a bit longer (2 hrs).

As always the property was ready for our stay, pool was clean and enjoyable for the kids and service was exceptional! The server Melissa went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of, share local deals for pizza and beverages, and connect with our daughters. We left truly feeling like we made a new friend! We can’t wait to return in October!

The only slight in incident we had was that our card didn’t initially work for our room. This was quickly resolved and we had no other issues with our room.

The pool and sauna were nice. The staff was quick to bring fresh towels when they ran out. There is a little bar on the first floor. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I stayed on the third floor and the hallway was hot as hell. It was miserable every time I had to go out. The elevator is also a little slow. At breakfast the pancake maker is so slow Christmas came twice.

our kids loved the outdoor/indoor pool- the whole reason we returned after a visit 3 years ago! breakfast was great- lots of choices!!

staff seemed a little overwhelmed- there were quite a few groups/events running. two of the three rooms we had were obviously recently renovated and very nice. one was quite a bit older and well-loved- dated. a bit of mold on a shower curtain- that type of thing. breakfast was supposed to be out at 7am- it came out at 7:20.

We had a wonderful getaway with the children! The pool area was so relaxing - loved the music playing! The hot tub is huge and perfect temperature. The breakfast was tasty with different options each morning. We stayed in a bunk room on the first floor - clean, spacious, comfortable. Staff was all friendly and accommodating. We will return to Stoney Creek!

The pool entry door is a little hard to get in.

The feeling of the hotel is very comforting and cozy. It was very clean and the staff were kind. Our room was wonderful and we will stay again.

The breakfast was not well stocked at 8:30 am both days. The lamp on the dresser did not work. The family in the room above us was extremely loud, running and stomping back and forth both day and night (which is not the establishment's fault, but did put a damper on things)

Quincy was a stop during our trip to Michigan, when we arrived at the hotel, they were having issues with their system and our booking did not go through, but they accommodated us with an upgrade to ensure we had a room to stay in. It was quiet, comfortable and we were upgraded to a suite, so very roomy!

The check in process, the systems were either being updated or needing updated, so it was a little stressful since they did not have a lot of rooms available. It was my son and myself, so they accommodated us with an upgrade, but it only had one bed, not terrible, but when you want your own space, it is a little disappointing, but they did what they could with what they had to work with and for that, it was appreciated.

The facilities were clean and rustic looking and the ENTIRE staff was very pleasant and helpful 💥 Will be staying again when I am in the neighborhood 😊 Thank you folks at Stoney Creek ✝️🇺🇲

No channel guide for TV , staff said people keep stealing them 😳 WTH Come on people

Extremely clean and the beds were comfy. Upon check-in, the lady at the counter even gave some drink tickets 🎟 for the bar. How cool is that?:) The hotel has a lodge theme, which I liked quite a bit. The continental breakfast was quite good, too.

I travel quite a bit, and it takes some doing to impress me anymore, but I give this place a resounding 10. Give em a try if in the area.

The breakfast was good and had a nice variety. The dining area was kept clean and well stocked. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Christopher at the front desk was superb! So friendly!! He went above and beyond!

The remote control for the television was very confusing. I had to go to the front desk for Christopher to show me how to work it. I'm sorry but I've never seen a channel with a "dot" in it. 7.1, 58.1, etc. Putting the printed television guide in the room would be much better.
