This hotel far exceeded my expectations. Everything from self check in to the ability to choose your own room to the responsive staff to the spectacular, comfy bed. I have extreme claustrophobia and the room was comfortable. I got the king size suite and the size and roominess exceeded my expectations. The room truly matched the pictures on the website. There was plenty of parking and it was next to shopping and restaurants. We loved it here! I already booked a room for when I return to the area in April and in June.

Frre Wi-Fi could be a little better.

Wi-Fi connection was a pain in the you know what. We were in room 330. Could never connect my IPad or husbands IPad to the “free” Wi-Fi. Could not connect my phone even with multiple tries. Called the front desk, the clerk told me to do just what I had tried. Went to the front desk. The clerk tried 5 or 6 different times and could not get it to connect. He finally put in the hotel’s connection and password and my phone connected. Every time I left the hotel and came back, I had to put in my last name and room number again. Why do you make it so difficult. I doubt other people have had as much trouble as me or your staff would know about the problem. Was very frustrating.

Location, the amenities, accessibilities, staff were friendly and accommodating.

Room cleaning was only done once within the 5 days of stay. I was scared that the room would smell of food. We tried our best to clean up after eating but some crumbs or grains would remain after picking up. If I was provided with a broom and a dustpan, I would feel better.

The breakfast was great, the waffle maker was a little slow in pouring the mix and the maker for the smaller waffles were hard to turn you had to use two hands to turn. Also, the yogurt was not very cold.

Whoops I accidently typed in what I did not like in the previous line. I did like the openness of the breakfast seating area. It was an overall quiet area and room to enjoy your breakfast without feeling crammed

I liked everything, the service was just amazing, the facilities were wonderful and the breakfast was just the best I had in a hotel for so long.

One day the WiFi got disconnected, but the very next day it was working.

I extremely enjoyed my stay! My children and husband love it. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend. Staff was amazing, room was great, breakfast was great. Everything was just perfect!!!

Breakfast was great - what are the egg omelette mixes you use?! Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Beds were very comfortable!

The elliptical machine stuck and clunked so I only used for a minute instead of working out as planned, and the pool could have been warmer?

I enjoyed the cleanliness and staff.

During the night it became hot in our room regardless of what the temp was set to. My wife and I had trouble sleeping and found ourselves having to wake up in the middle of the night several times.

My room was very comfortable and clean. Very fast check in which I love. Good if basic breakfast. Friendly people. Easy parking.

Refrigerator was VERY noisy. I had to move a cabinet and unplug it.

The aircon/heater was incredibly noisy and disturbed us all night. There have to be quieter versions available (as evidenced by our stats at other hotels in our trip). We were due to stay again but cancelled because of the noise.
